The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach plus backyard bunkhouse in the Wabasis woodlands. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform (from May-October, weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering: expansive views of Lake Wabasis; sandy shoreline; and a completely private backyard surrounded by woodlands. Plus, an adjacent vernal pond filled with wildlife that produce a relaxing chorus of sounds of nature.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
