If you are looking for the ideal location in Grand Haven… this is the place! Easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, the Boardwalk, and Grand River. The home is decorated beautifully and invites you in with beachy decor. I hope this is open next summer when we are back in town! Highly recommended!

Location is great, just a couple blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, like 5 minutes drive to beach. House was clean, water pressure is good. Communication with owner was great. The only thing, I wish the floors weren’t so squeaky and rough. We have a 9 month old who is just crawling and I didn’t feel comfortable having her crawl around, luckily there was a nice rug in the living room we utilized. I understand it’s an old home, it just wasn’t something we even thought about checking prior to booking.

Very cozy, would look to stay again

check-in was nice and easy, great place to stay for a night or even two! Communication from the host was very efficient and quick and the place was fairly clean and spacious! 10/10!

Caleb’s home was the most delightful stay I could have hoped for. I needed to take a break from my home base and this space really provides—it fueled a lot of creative energy in me during my time there. As a guest you can tell that he put so much thought and care into his home because the apartment was stunning and beautifully decorated. It felt so easy to be right at home. I work from home and each spot in the house where I wanted to post up felt like a great different vibe where I could feel relaxed or focused. The movie room is also insanely wonderful and cozy. The house that the apartment is in is situated in a pretty prime spot—immediate location is a nice suburban area where I could quickly walk to the nearby bakery and coffee shop, and it’s a quick walk to the downtown area so I was able to explore freely as well. Caleb himself was very friendly over messages, and his instructions for checkin made it a smooth process. Thank you so much for the stay!

The cabin is definitely not bougie if that is what you are looking for. It is comfy and has everything you need. Great place on the river perfect for a fishing or kayak/tube trip. We anchored our boat out front and were able to fish easily anywhere between Thornapple and town.

I’ve cleaned home, be aware that there will be an extra step and cost for pet approval close to your reservation. It was a non issue for me as they approved my pet and I had the funds.

Rob was great to work with - I had a medical issue and he assisted with information to make my stay special. Wonderful time with my family. Great place to stay.

Our family had a great time staying at Floyds property for our family Christmas. Floyd had the house set up with Christmas decorations and music playing upon our arrival. He ensured we had enough seating at the dining room table and the supplies we needed for our group as we had discussed those things prior. Floyd was very responsive and helpful through the whole process and we would be more then happy to return to this property for another vacation. Grey, the cat, was a great addition to our stay and my teen daughter loved having her company through our stay.

We did a last minute getaway and were able to stay here. We loved how everything was spaced out, clean, and not far from the beach! Craig was great at communicating. Would definitely recommend this home!

The house was so cozy! I would love to come back again.

The home was lovely! Easy to find, very peaceful but close enough to everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our large family and everything we needed to cook/use to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the game (monopoly/pictionary) also. Would definitely recommend this place.

First time in Michigan, but won’t be our last!! Clean, convenient, and nice neighborhood. Plenty of space and includes a pool table in the basement (slightly smaller than reg) but still fun!! Hope to return in the future!
