Our quiet & spacious home is a short drive from downtown Traverse City, Leelanau, Old Mission, wineries, breweries, cross country ski nordic trails like VASA & TART, & downhill ski hills like Mt Holiday, great for families. We're also close to many snowmobile trails. We're an hour or less from dozens of ski resorts including Crystal, Boyne, Treetops, Schuss, Shanty Creek, & Caberfae. Our large deck w/solo stove overlooking a snowy creek is perfect for warming drinks after playing in the snow.

Bright downtown Suttons Bay apartment suite with a coastal feel to the decor, bay view and ideal location across the street from a park and boat launch, the Saturday farmer's market and a paved bike trail that runs to Traverse City (and near several wineries). Downtown shops, great restaurants, festivals and a large sandy beach are just a 1-3 block walk from the house that sleeps four and has a small kitchenette area. Great base for a Leelanau wine tour. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
