The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AT SUNRISE SHORES Start your morning with coffee on the wraparound patio as the sun rises over open water. Cook breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, then spend the afternoon kayaking, swimming from the dock, or lounging on the grassy lawn. As evening falls, grill dinner and gather by the fireplace or dine with lake views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. End the day stargazing from the boat dock or sipping wine under the stars.
