Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. *Pets- $30 additional per pet cleaning fee.
