Walnut Tree House B&B near Norwich

Fascinating 18th century Norfolk Farmhouse, not on an active farm any more and only 20 minutes from Norwich, the UEA and Norfolk & Norwich Teaching Hospital. It contains most of the original features, including oak beams and windows and an inglenook fireplace. It is filled with arts and curios from around the world. Off-road parking. There are two delightful bedrooms with south-facing views over the garden. One room has a double bed and the other twins or a super-king.. BOTH OF THESE ROOMS SHARE A PRIVATE BATHROOM SO WE ONLY LET THEM TOGETHER FOR FAMILIES OR CLOSE FRIENDS. FOR THOSE WANTING ONE ROOM ONLY THE BATHROOM IS FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. There is a wash-hand-basin in each bed room. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in your room. The sitting room for guests’ use is large but very cosy with wood-burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace. An HD widescreen television is provided.. WiFi is available and access to a pc will be given if you do not have a laptop or tablet with you. A wide range of books and magazines is available combined with a variety of games and puzzles. A study area is available with those with work to do! Breakfast is a delight with a choice of full English or specialities such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Continental breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yogurts, toast, croissants etc served with home made preserves including Mulberry Jam [from our own tree in the garden] A vegetarian option is always available. We source all ingredients locally as much as possible as Norfolk is renowned for its agricultural produce. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements - we can cater for all diets. North Tuddenham is situated in the heart of Norfolk, surrounded by farmland and country lanes but still close to the celebrated North Norfolk Coast and the fine City of Norwich (13 miles) one of England’s great medieval cities. Guided tours of Norfolk and Norwich are available on a pre-booked basis and can be designed to suit individual guests’ interests.

The Garden Room near Norwich

Just 10mins drive from Norwich city centre, a cosy & charming place to stay. The ground floor bedroom has a super king size bed, and outlook onto our garden. The room is also equipped with a TV, coffee machine, kettle & fridge. Deck with easy armchairs to catch the evening sun or to stargaze. No street lights, there is very little light pollution. An EV charge point is available subject to additional cost. Collection at Norwich station subject to availability. On the Rebellion Way Cycle route

Home from Home Double room; clean and relaxing.

Private double room in light, bright clean bungalow, in a charming village on the river Yare . I offer a pleasant double room with twin beds. . Brundall has two Co ops, a few restaurants , coffee shop ,pubs, fish and chips, Chinese and Pizza take away. Norwich , the Broads and coast are quite close by, with frequent buses and trains. A 47 is minutes away. In your spacious double room ,you will find, a sofa, desk, TV and beverage making equipment, ideal for longer stays.

With its own entrance and separate living space I aim to provide guests with a space of their own to relax and enjoy their visit to Norwich. There is a bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and private lounge. The city is a 10 minute walk away and off road parking means you can leave your car and explore the city at your leisure. A buffet breakfast is provided in the room which benefits from a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

Self contained with a private entrance to the Atrium containing breakfast table and chairs then in to a small double bedroom en-suite shower room with TV and free Wi-Fi plus a small fridge, overlooking the garden, in a quite road, 5 minutes from Holt. Plenty of space for walking boots and outdoor wear. Parking on small driveway in front of garage. Price included set continental breakfast, Tassimo coffee machine. Gluten and Dairy free friendly

King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

Cozy Room at the heart of Norwich

This is a lovely single bedroom at the heart of historical Norwich; one of the most amazing medieval/cathedral cities in the world. The house is at the city centre; Norwich Lanes, very close to Cathedral & the market & touristic/arts sites. This room is a really small room. There is a double futon bed. If you are two people, the other room (https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/4315075) might be more suitable for you as it is larger.

Spacious double room in Holton

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.
