Deze authentieke Istrische semi-vrijstaande woning Villa Paradise is een deel van een ranch gelegen in het dorp Goli Vrh, op 7 kilometer afstand van Umag, de belangrijkste toeristische bestemming in Noordwest-Istrië. Als het enige huis in dit dorp is het omgeven door bossen en prachtige weilanden met grazende paarden en schapen, die ook een deel van het verhaal van deze ranch zijn. Het huis werd gebouwd in de 18e eeuw en het had de familie en hun werknemers die het omringende land kweekte geserveerd. Deze ranch biedt synergie van de natuur en het dagelijks leven: hier kunt u de productie van ECO schapenkaas zien gemaakt volgens het oude en traditionele 300-jarige recept en we bieden ook therapeutische, recreatief en professioneel paardrijden. Villa Paradise is volledig gerenoveerd in 2016 in de oorspronkelijke Istrische stijl en biedt zijn gasten een hoge standaard van comfort en authenticiteit. Gelegen op een omheind perceel van 1000m2, met een prachtig uitzicht over de weilanden en het platteland, biedt de villa haar gasten een buitenzwembad, een terras met barbecue om buiten te socialiseren, schapenkaas proeverij en paardrijden. Villa Paradise is voor 4-5 personen op 90m2 en beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer met een tafel voor 6 personen, zitbanken (extra bed voor 1 persoon), een traditionele oude open haard, satelliet-tv, Wi-Fi en piano. Er zijn twee comfortabele kamers met een grote gedeelde douche / toilet. Een aparte kleine huisje biedt de gasten ontspanning in de spa-zone in de Whirlpool massagebad met uitzicht op groene weiden.

Apartments Smile are located in the picturesque town of Grožnjan, 15 km away from Novigrad or 20 km away from Umag. Apartments Smile are situated in a family house and consist of 3 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The guests also have a garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor, roofed terrace with a dining area. Cyclists have at their disposal storage for their bikes during the night. Dogs are allowed, with an additional cost of €10 per day (payment at the accommodation).

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
