Clarie's place was perfect! We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday to see family. The house was spacious and the kitchen was amazing. Most short-term rentals do not have 'normal' kitchens, but this one was stocked and for once, we actually had everything we needed to cook up a feast. And did I mention the heavenly bed? Oh wait, I should mention the large, fluffy towels and super soft linens. Clarie has thought of everything! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We highly recommend this place and will look for it again when returning to the area!

Meagan fue muy amable al atender rápidamente deficiencias que encontramos en la casa, la chapa del baño de en medio no cerraba, la regadera de la recámara principal estaba floja y las sábanas de la recámara principal sucias. La casa es muy bonita y cuenta con muchísimas camas lo que hizo de la estancia algo cómodo y placentero, recomiendo mucho este alojamiento.

Kindly hosting and quite sleep environments

The pictures do not do Laura's house justice. Absolutely beautiful!!! We had a family of 8 adults plus 1 three yr old stay and had room to spread out and hang out all over the place. The patio was like being in a tree house. Walked to Gruene historic district everyday seeing the historical sites, eating amazing food, listening to amazing music, and shopping(there was a flea market setup with local art and jewelry). I got a Hat from the local Hat company. Everyone had a blast! Laura's place has a great vibe for a nature/in the middle of a historic Texas town feel. We went swimming and tubed in the river, grilled on the back deck one evening while watching the sun go down over the tree tops. It was the same experience eating at the Gristmill Restaurant on another evening, the sunset was beautiful during dinner and drinks which was amazing. My brother commented how many awesome places there was to visit and in such close proximity to the house. Thankyou so much Laura!!!

This house felt very homey. It was really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was well maintained and had a view of the water. We all lounged in the big comfy couch, watched movies and played games. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm in the area.

This house was one of the most well equipped Airbnbs we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything one would need and there were plenty of linens, towels, and blankets. Even the pillows were good!! Our grandkids loved the basketball hoop, soccer goal, and swingset. There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. The split living spaces worked out great. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

This was a new complex, so it was a bit tricky to figure out where we were supposed to go in at and where the code was to the lockbox. But even at 2am it was mere moments before someone responded to us. AirBnB made this really complex with four different apps and a passport we were supposed to download with all of our information. We were constantly flipping between apps to figure out where the information we needed was at. ALL THAT SAID... The apartment was great. It was clean, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was raining both days so didn't get to use the outdoor facilities, but they looked really nice, and the gym looked very clean, new, and full of great equipment too.

This is a brand spanking new apartment and it was super clean and organized; it’s located near all the restaurants and bars in Gruen and only 8 minutes from the restaurant and bars in New Braunfels. Great location at a reasonable price.

Eddy's place was exactly what we needed after a local hotel fiasco. We were able to book his place late and he was super responsive. The place was spotless and so comfortable. Made our trip to NB great.

The cabin was so lovely. There was plenty of items for guests if you forgot something. The bed was beyond comfortable and I wish we could have stayed for longer. I am sure we will return one day.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Meghan is a wonderful hostess and her place is ideal with two bedrooms and two full baths and great living area and fully equipped kitchen. Warm, friendly and responsive, Meghan made our stay even more enjoyable. She and her place are a great find!
