Vakantiewoningen met patio in Guatapé

Tanto Anfitrión como coanfitriónes súper pendientes, atentos. El alojamiento excelente, familiar, limpio ! Muy agradecidos x todo…

El lugar cumple con todas las expectativas, privado, linda vista, cómodo, y además el host siempre pendiente de todo. Queda un poco más que desear de la vía al subir, es pavimentada pero destapada; si llueve se torna un poco difícil la subida pero nada que el host no pueda solucionar brindando un contacto de un taxi. De resto muy buen lugar y recomendable.

Nos pasamos dos noches aquí en familia y nos encantó. Es igualito a las fotos y está muy cerca al centro de Guatepe. La única recomendación seria tener instrucciones en el apartamento para usar el jacuzzi y el agua caliente de la casa, qué nos costó configurarlos.

The place was very nice and clean. Very close to La Piedra El Peñol and the town. Camila and Mateo were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were amazing hosts, very polite, kind, and always willing to make my family and I comfortable and welcome in their Airbnb. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this Airbnb, and I would stay at Casa Berlin if I ever come back to Guatapé

Un lugar perfecto para desconectarse, súper tranquilo y todas las personas muy amables, todos súper pendientes para hacer la estadía estupenda

El apartamento está ubicado en un área muy tranquila. El anfitrión contesta rápido y es muy colaborador. El lugar estaba limpio y bien organizado. El jacuzzi es súper.

Super seguro y lindo, full actividades que hacer alrededor. El depar tiene una vista hermosa, y es muy comodo!

We all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. The home was spotless, in a serene location filled with beautiful flowers, plants, and greenery. Had an amazing view with the Rock of Peñol front and center. And had a butler that was there at all times to provide you with whatever you would need. Definitely recommend a stay a Samuel’s place whenever you are looking for a place in Guatapé

Lugar de ensueño, Kiel es un excelente anfitrión y sus palabras aún resuenan en mi oído ‘un día no es suficiente para disfrutar mi casa’, cuánta razón tenía. Si se quieren desconectar y sentir un pedacito de cielo sin dudas alguna este es el lugar.

Excelente atención y una vista increíble de la represa piedra de Guatape, recomendadisimo para grupos grandes.

Todo ha sido perfecto. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia al llegar, lo cual fue muy agradable. Las indicaciones fueron claras y precisas, el lugar es encantador. Excelente anfitriona, siempre disponible y atenta. ¡Gracias por todo!

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

The location is the main star, it's in the end of a distant water branch ("Primavera", north from Guatape). ~0 tourist boats, neighbors' are barely visible, all quiet & filled with birds. The land is large & gorgeous, different orange & banana trees +vegetable garden. Direct access to the lake (down ~20 m hill). Water is comfortable. I rented kayak (Casa Encuentro) & bicycle (Bicirenta). Kayaking & fishing was magical. Cycling to Guatape is ~45 mins 1-way (11km, 400m ↑/↓) + u can cycle to Peñol via village roads. House inside is simple but functional. Kitchen well equipped. Sturdy mattress. Cons: on arrival electronic lock wasn’t setup, 1 window was broken, main door had no glass. I had to set up the lock myself, the windows were fixed in ~2 days. On the last day they’ve sent in lawn mowers at 9:30 am, with check out time at 12:00 & next guest coming in 2 days… But I got a later check out time. But now the house is all set, everything is fixed, you can enjoy the stay safely :)

I was very impressed with everything. The attention to detail inside of the flat was amazing coffee a couple of snacks, water balcony everything was in good order very nice. TV had Netflix already ready to go?

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, en definitiva para ir a pasar un rato tranquilo ya sea con amigos, en pareja y/o en familia. Sin ningún problema para llegar en carro, aparece la ubicación en Waze y Maps, la entrada se encuentra fácil y es cómodo el ingreso. La señora Luz estuvo muy atenta a las cosas que podiamos necesitar e incluso se anticipó a ellas en cada ocasión. Es un lugar muy completo, muy dotado y fácilmente puede pasarse largas estancias en el. Tiene una vista magnífica y una amplia zona verde para caminar, distraerse y relajarse, tal vez con una cervecita en mano, respetando mucho el entorno y llevando un pequeño repelente 😊. Todos los miembros en la familia son super amables y queridos, definitivamente volvería mil veces y mil veces lo recomendaría.

Estuvimos a gusto con el apartamento: limpio y ordenado. Nos gustaría volver nuevamente.

Excelente lugar para estar tranquila, acogedor y muy bien dotado para lo que uno pueda necesitar.

El anfitrión y su esposa fueron muy amables con nosotros, muy atentos. Me gustó que por más de que hubieron más personas hospedadas en ese lugar hubo mucha privacidad. Hay muchas actividades, pueden jugar billar, ingresar a la piscina o al jacuzzi, incluso hay gimnasio y algunas zonas de bbq. Este lugar queda muy cerca de la piedra del peñól, desde el lugar se puede observar la piedra. Estuvo muy hermoso, recomiendo mucho este lugar .

Muy acogedor y tranquilo el lugar, nos facilitaron el transporte, responden rápido y son muy atentos. Estaremos encantados de volver.
