This condo and Iloilo City exceeded any of my expectations. It's overlooking the pool, the city and Gumaris Island. Day or night the balcony is inviting you to just take in everything. Just a few minutes walk and I was in a newer, safer, cleaner and more affordable Beverly Hills, California except it's full of Filipinos and their 5 star hospitality! The entire condo staff was excellent and extremely helpful to this newbie. My host Grace was very accommodating before, during and up to check out. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Iloilo City for the first time.

Es hat sich gezeigt dass es eine gute Entscheidung war zum zweiten Mal hier zu buchen. Der Empfang war sehr nett, Greg ist super hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps parat. Das Haus ist Klasse, vor allem in der Preislage. es ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig, hat einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz direkt vor, bzw. in der Unterkunft. Die Wachhunde machen ihren Job ebenfalls gut, sie reagieren auf Fremde mir Bellen, sind aber dennoch freundlich. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder eine Unterkunft in Pavia, Iloilo brauchen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt von uns allen!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alice's place. It's just right for 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 3). The kids had a lot fun at the nearby pool and even just staying in the living room and playing with the chess board. The spare room also became a play area for them. The kitchen is just right for us with its refrigerator, electric water dispenser, induction cooker, and utensils. The dining table is placed in the middle, between the kitchen and living room and is big enough for 6. This summer, we were kept nice and cool inside the condo because all airconditioning units for the 2 bedrooms and the living room are strong and well-maintained. The swimming pool and playground are only a few steps away. FYI: Mondays are pool cleaning days, so it is closed during those times. Alice and her co-hosts are very kind because they responded to our request in looking for a cellphone charger that we accidentally left behind. All in all, this listing is great for families.

We had a great stay at Donna’s place! The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The WiFi was fast, the aircon was cold, and basic essentials like kitchenware and towels were all provided. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to SM City Iloilo, where you can find various dining options and shops. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!

Ma'am Roselle's place has a great vibe. Even though it was an on-the-spot booking, she was incredibly accommodating with our request. The place is clean and has a homey feel that perfectly matches my taste. The aesthetic of the space added to the overall relaxing and pleasant ambience. It's definitely a place worth recommending.

my stay was peaceful and recommend it for people who newd fast and reliable internet connection for wirk or gaming
