Stunning ocean view - Bungalow

The bungalow is built in a warm, friendly wooden surf shack style. Sitting backed into the jungle a mear 400m up the side of a hill on a secluded private road, overlooking playa St Teresa from the famous surf break, Suck Rock to the North, down to La Lora in the South. It's a few minutes walk uphill from the main road but the atmosphere and the privacy is worth every single step. The beach, surf rentals and a grocery store are all in 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. If you are planning to come by car make sure to have a 4x4 for this area. The Studio is located on the ground level of the house and has an independent entrance. It features views of the surrounding jungle on the side, an ocean view to the front and has a lovely new built terrace with a couch on the side and a small outside sitting area in the front. The decision whether and where to go surfing or to go to one of the outstanding yoga classes in town is usually made while enjoing a coffee or fresh juice on the terrace at breakfast. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a couch, a comfy double bed and a bathroom. The studio is one big room - though the bed is in the back of the studio and a little separated from the kitchen and sitting area. During your stay I will normally live upstairs with my girlfriend and will be happy to help you with recommendations.

Bungalow totalmente equipado, confortable, colchones nuevos, limpieza 5 estrellas durante esos 7 años y ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Jaco, tan solo a 2 minutos en carro hacia la playa y centro. Local perfecto para descansar en familia o pareja y disfrutar de una encantadora piscina con catarata y jets de hidromasaje.

The Master Bedroom has its own en-suite with vanity bench, the beds are new and comfortable with room for 7, great cooking kitchen, tons of outdoors space, pool, private outdoor shower, private laundry, covered parking, screened porch, sun porch and more. This place has style, function and a great vibe.
