Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway leads to a park. **NO PARTIES
