This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika , lyxiga och familjevänliga boende. Vårt hem längtar efter en familj som vill njuta av en underbar plats alla säsonger med öppna och sociala ytor. Här bor du med bästa söderläge med sol hela dagen , pool (sommar) och jacuzzi (vinter) , stor gräsmatta på sjötomt med tillgång till brygga, trampolin, båt för fiske, kajaker mm. Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year. Centralt beläget boende mitt emellan värmdö centrum och grisslinge havsbad. Nyrenoverat hus i gammal stil fördelat på 60 kvadratmeter plus stort loft. Fullutrustat kök. Flera uteplatser i alla vädersträck, stor uppvärmd pool (juni-september), spabad-varmt året runt ,grill mm. Badrocksavstånd till värmdös största strand,med café , bageri, foodtruck, godis, glass mm . Eller gå ner till områdets egna lilla strand.
