Monique and Sean are above and beyond the best host I have had with my experiences with air b and b they allowed me to book quickly when my plans unexpectedly changed upon my arrival to Canada. I was unable to rent a car so therefore was unable to get to the area I had initially booked! They gave me a couple of rides to the city saving me some time and money for Ubers and told me local places where I could get into nature which is my thing anyway! I plan to make a return trip there! I recommend Sean and Monique without any reservations!

The hosts’s instructions were clear, the cabin was clean and tidy, just as advertised. It’s a private spot, great for a getaway. The nearby lake and hiking trails make for a peaceful vacation. Plus there’s a hot tub, what more do you need?

I spent a full month in this stunning house overlooking the water and the ocean. The house is pristine with all of the amenities you could possibly need. There is a well-appointed kitchen, and an upstairs bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a panoramic view. Thankfully, there are heavy, tasteful curtains to prevent the sun from overwhelming you early in the morning. It has a beautifully landscaped outdoor patio, storybook steps leading to the house and lovely lighting illuminating the way. It's private, at the end of a gravel road and at the beginning of a trailhead. There are at least two gorgeous parks/trails within ten minutes and a nearby open field to run your dog. The whole place is spotlessly clean and modern and has state of the art appliances, including a double load washer/dryer. Gian is super responsive and you call tell how much pride he takes in the place. My only complaint is that the toaster took too long to toast the bread:). The place was perfect.

Perfect getaway for my older teens and I! So much to do without leaving the property, darts, pool table, hot tub, hockey game on the theatre size screen. Excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Nova Glamping. Unique lodging in a beautiful and private setting. The salt water hot tub and outdoor shower were perfect after a day exploring Peggy’s Cove. The view of the sunset was amazing, and watching the fishing boats from our dome in the morning with our morning coffee was a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. A relaxing and memorable stay.

I booked Sarah’s Airbnb for the weekend as a little vacation away, I wanted something private, quiet. A escape from the craziness of life and her home gave me exactly that. It’s absolutely breathtaking, quiet & so peaceful. This home is absolutely beautiful and i really enjoyed my stay and I will most definitely be returning sometime in the future !!:)

Host is super responsive and helped us with fast and early check in. Huge help there! Location is as perfect as it can be. Quiet area and my kids enjoy the trampoline. Get some hot tea or coffee and sit on the large deck and watch your kids jumping on trampoline. This is the vacation we need. Close to Sobeys / gas station and easy to get on highway to all attractions. We would like to come back again next time we visit Halifax.

Donna was an incredibly thoughtful and welcoming host and you can't beat the location (or the phenomenal views of the location). You can see the Halifax skyline and the Dartmouth Cove from inside and from the private deck. It's steps away from a walking path along the water and several blocks from some fantastic parks with water features. The home is someone's home so it has comfortable charm with interesting and colorful mementos from Donna's travels. Both the bed and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen, while small, had multiple appliances for cooking. I never used the jetted tub but the views were incredible from the jetted tub/shower combo. I spent time in both Halifax and Dartmouth and this is a great place for that as it's situated between two ferry terminals. While the hone is in a residential neighborhood (highly recommend checking out the Evergreen House museum just up the block), it's not too far from the downtown and multiple restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a great stay at Christina's place. It was well equipped and furnished in a quiet setting. We even got to see a fox a few deer. We had a great time and I would highly reccomend Christina's place to anyone visiting Nova Scotia.
