The house was just what we needed. It was nice to come back there at the end of the day and feel at home. There were swings and a fire pit in the backyard that would have been nice if it wasn’t raining. Lots of space for time together but also for nice to get away for some peace and quiet. We would definitely rent from them again!!!

Great location and amazing food around a walkable town. Christopher was great with communication when some of our travel plans changed. The venue was perfect and everyone enjoyed the family vacation and wedding weekend

The Cozy Cottage was ready to welcome us as guests. My wife enjoyed the decorating of the house and all the special touches for us as guests. We easily walked to downtown Noblesville to grab dinner, ice cream, and some shopping. We would definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage again!

So many extra amenities!! My husband and I did not need all of the extra bedrooms and bathrooms, but chose the place due to the location (5 minutes from Grand Park), fenced yard and acceptance of our dog. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Soooo great to see power strips by the bed for all of our electronics. The fence let a rabbit escape but kept my 16 lb dog in the back yard. Great communication!

This place was more than expected, and we will be back to stay here every single time we come into town! Jill and Chris were so responsive and the area is absolutely wonderful, safe, and easy to walk everywhere. The space is also one of the most kid-friendly places imaginable as the small reading area off the living room is perfect for kids to sit, relax, "camp out", or just read or nap. We are definitely looking forward to staying again!

Really interesting & fun decor, snacks, coffee and tea, historic neighborhood, plenty of good food and drinks in walking distance, washer and dryer, thoughtful host...good stuff! Thank you!

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !

Came for the Indy Mini over the weekend, very close to the race start line (~1.5 miles), but not too close to downtown where it was noisy at night. Ginger communicated very well the entire time, and was able to be flexible with out checkout time (so we could get back from the race and cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and very comfortable. We were happy to have a dedicated parking space. Convenient to all the places we needed to go!
