Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

The newly remodeled cottage has its own private entrance/deck, living room, 2 baths (1 with jacuzzi tub), a bedroom with queen size bed, and a smaller bed room w/full bed, plus a well stocked kitchenette. It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). If waking to the sites and sounds of the country is for you, then this hill country cottage is the perfect start to a hill country adventure

Tree House Tiny Home W/New Hot Tub

If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls State Park are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***
