Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Take a stroll through the beautiful backyard gardens and also the trails throughout the woods. You will see many different kinds of wildlife - deer, turkeys, bald eagles and various kinds of birds that frequent the bird feeders. Close to canoe liveries, Mohican State Park, hiking, restaurants, convenience stores.

It has a kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is small, so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 5 mins ). Features a spacious patio with a firepit ( I have plenty of firewood no need to being your own ). Close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed.
