This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

Sarah's place was ABSOLUTLY PERFECT!! This was a lady's trip. The house was MUCH bigger than it looks in the pics. It was nice and close to Edinburg Burgess' Electric Bike Tours for biking the wineries. It was only 40 min to the Shenandoah River Outfitters, for a relaxing kayak down the river. FABULOUS AIRBNB location! Beautiful morning walks around the farm/pond! The view from this house cannot be beat. The house was clean and WELL STOCKED! I will be back with my husband and friends! Thank you Sarah and Sue!

We had a lovely stay. Ted and Lisa are fantastic, communicative hosts and really think of every detail to make guests comfortable. We enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere, amenities, and comfortable bed. Would be very happy to return!

Sparkling Bear Lodge is neat, welcoming, and has a beautiful view. My husband and I were looking for a small getaway where we could enjoy a change of pace and scenery with a solid internet connection and a view we wouldn't have to sacrifice if the weather kept us inside all day. The landscaping and circular drive were very nice, the kitchen had everything we needed (including a bottle opener and a cheese grater, which we've gotten used to taking to rentals with us), the internet connection never let us down, the artwork was charming, and Bryce Mountain Escapes was friendly and quick to respond in every interaction. Loved the deck, generous windows, and open living area. We enjoyed our stay!

Very peaceful location and the space was super excellent. It's a bit older, but that did not bother us at all. Everything was well maintained and functional. We really loved the sauna and fireplace. Would stay again in the future. Thank you.

Siddhi's creekside home was an extremely enjoyable place to stay, located quite literally on the side of a creek - less than 20 feet away. The home was pleasant to stay in, comfortable beds, easy to use kitchen & dining room. The firepit and seating area outdoors was a major plus. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and you don't really notice any neighbors around. Siddhi's communication was excellent, always quickly and helpfully responding to any questions. The only issue we had was the bathroom door not being properly aligned and therefore not able to lock. When I mentioned this to Siddhi he said he would have it fixed so I'm assuming it won't be an issue for future rentals. All in all, definitely a nice home in a scenic surrounding relatively close to Shenandoah National Park. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Me and my fiancé chose Nadine’s as a wind down spot for our trip. The place was really nice and cozy. We were surprised to see the Christmas decorations still up and with a snow storm during our second day there, it made the whole place have this rustic, winter wonderland feel. That was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to do any local hiking but we plan on returning to tackle those! We were also surprised to receive cinnamon rolls and cookies from the local bakery (which were absolutely fantastic!). The pizza place right up the road was some of the best pizza we’ve ever had too! For a new place it still could use some tweaks but all in all it was great!

Took a relaxing week long vacation in the mountains to hike, sit by the fire, and chill. It was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our fur children and they very much enjoyed the hiking that was in the area and the fenced in backyard was huge! Overall, we had an amazing time and we would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

This was a great home base for our family of 6. Check in was easy, the home was clean and exactly as described. I loved the decor! There was plenty of room for our 4 kids to play and move around. They loved the game room in the basement and we enjoyed playing the board games once our toddlers went to sleep. The bathrooms and kitchens had everything we needed. The Easter Bunny was even able to find us and our kids had a fun egg hunt around the house 😊 Joshua was great at communicating and checking in on us via email during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

An absolutely great little getaway spot for our ladies weekend! Place was lovely, quiet, very clean and well equipped. Jolene was so responsive and friendly.

Wonderful birthday/Easter getaway! Easy check-in, beautiful outside with an AMAZING deck and beautiful views. Kitchen was great for cooking, easy clean up with the dishwasher. We enjoyed games, cozy evenings, hot tub, grilling, and wood walks with our dog. Friendly neighbors even brought grapes! Dog owners note: Some local dogs roam off-leash. Lost & Found pizza was fantastic. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our time here it was very comfey and clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We would recommend as long as you don’t mind being connected to other people!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was an amazing get away for a group of friends celebrating a buddy that returned from deployment overseas. The quietness and private nature of the property really just let us unwind and enjoy spending time with each other and just focus on having a good time! Highly recommend!

Kathleen’s home was so lovely and cozy, and Kathleen was communicative, helpful, and very kind! It is well stocked (tea, coffee, popcorn!), and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The pizza spot across the street was excellent and fun spot to hang out in the evening. Google and Apple Maps took us to the wrong location so keep that in mind when you’re looking for it (the area is very dark at night!).

Beautiful space and surroundings, what a great spot for a quiet getaway in the woods.

Charming and secluded cabin full of all the amenities of a resort. From check in to check out day, Bryce was ensuring our comfort as we enjoyed all the amenities and features of the cabin. From having the hot tub already warm, plenty of firewood for the fire pit, and a lovely bottle of wine. Location is just a short drive away from some amazing parks and hikes as well some local restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality and lifelong memories Brian

We had a great stay at Mary’s place over the weekend! We explored the Luray caverns & Shenandoah National Park, both of which were an about an hour or so from the house. Would absolutely recommend the space for a group of friends looking for a nature getaway!

Perfect for a mountain get away! Very private and felt like home right away. The indoor space was comfortable and clean. The outdoor space included great views, a large yard, and plenty of outdoor seating. Listing was accurate and we had a fantastic time. Definitely get groceries ahead of time to fully enjoy the place.

Great place to stay. It is a little ways off the main road, so I definitely recommend finding it in the daylight when first arriving. Little cell service while driving to and from the place, so be sure to have your map loaded before leaving. The surroundings were pretty and it was quiet. The king size bed and shets were super comfy! Would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stickley Hall - such a beautiful historic home. We booked last minute and appreciated the location in the shadow of Shenandoah National Park. Erin kindly reached out as soon as I booked in case I had any questions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by lots of brand new games, coloring books, and toys for our kids in tow. What a treat for them and we were so grateful for such helpful distractions as we got settled in. In addition to lots of fruit and soft drinks in the fridge, everything was in tip top shape! We had a minor issue when we first arrived with the Wi-Fi and Erin was immediately responsive and had it fixed within minutes. We can’t say enough great things about this property and would love to come back sometime soon!
