We had the best weekend away! Even though our trip was short, we still left feeling well rested. All of the recommendations were so helpful and great choices! It was colder and snow was still on the ground when during our stay, which made views beautiful. We would love to come back during the warmer months when we could stay longer and be able to explore more.

The house had very much the cabin-in-the-mountains feel that we were hoping for. Boris was super responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. Ted and Lisa are fantastic, communicative hosts and really think of every detail to make guests comfortable. We enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere, amenities, and comfortable bed. Would be very happy to return!

Sherry and Duffy are wonderful hosts. There was a glitch with Internet on arrival and they went out of their way to get it fixed. Then it was super fast. We booked the upstairs room as well and there was enough space for our party of three. Bathroom is clean and spacious, shower works very well. Beds are extremely comfortable. Communication was proactive and great, response times short. Sherry mentioned it in the listing: the house is located on Main Street and it can get a bit noisy. Downstairs bedroom is quiet during the night though. We would love to come again and recommend staying at Sherry‘s place!

Great location! Perfect for relaxing or heading out to the bike park/skiing! We enjoyed Lake Laura and all of the surrounding sights! Perfect size and wonderfully responsive host! Will definitely be back!

This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

My stay at the cabin was incredible. It was pretty isolated, serene and beautiful. They’re not joking when saying 4WD is a MUST! It is and some ground clearance is also needed, I made it up in my forester but there were still a few spots that were tricky. Sauna was great to use every night, fire place and wood burning stove was very nice to have. Being surrounded by the fall colours was incredible, deer all around as I sat outside reading. I really couldn’t have had a better stay.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great AirBnB for a long weekend outside the city. Would be great for people that want to do a couple of quick hikes, or someone who wants a change of scenery. There was a great work from home set up to plug into, fast wifi as well. The sauna was the best part! Plenty of towels, plates, cups, above average kitchen setup, all great. Hosts are very quick to respond if you need anything as well. We'd definitely stay here again.
