My daughter and I stayed during a dance competition. Hosts were helpful and we had a great stay. Quiet community, we slept peacefully. Beautiful area and easy to get to location.

Renata's place was clean and very comfortable. I stayed here for 8 weeks training for work. The location was great. Close to shopping restaurants and entertainment. Renata was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. I really enjoyed the space and felt right at home. Thanks for everything Renata!

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

Craig was very responsive to my questions and good at communicating overall. He provided great info and easy instructions from the beginning. The place was very clean when I walked in and has a nice sized living room. It was very easy to get in and to lock up when leaving. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you need, with some additional supplies for comfort. The two bedrooms were a bit compact, but not cluttered and had nice beds and clean linens. Also had outlets that were easily accessible for your charger or laptop if needed. The neighborhood itself is very residential and has a nice community vibe. I really appreciated having a driveway to park in, as it made it easy to unpack the car, and you never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The only downside is there was an upstairs tenant who made loud noises while walking around. Overall, I would stay here again and as I said, Craig was very good at keeping an open line of communication.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Stayed with family members for a Uof Michigan graduation ceremony. Great quiet location just far enough away from crowds and easy to find restaurants and events. Roomy and perfect areas for privacy being together. Highly recommend and great host communication.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
