Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We had a fantastic few days here. A 5 minute walk, through the development, across the road, over the dunes and on the beach - easy with beach stuff, a dog, 6 and 9 year olds in tow! House was clean, plenty of space and outside area was perfect for a BBQ and marshmallow toasting on the firepit. TV had sky and all the channels! Great amenities - thanks for a wonderful stay!

April Cottage was the perfect home away from home for my colleagues and I who were working locally to Eastbourne for the week. Comfortable and homely space but very modern and new feeling. With a couple of parking spaces it was perfect for our vans too! Although everything is walkable on foot to town and of course to the beach too! Our host Rayman was organised, proactive and honestly as helpful as it comes. Couldn’t recommend the property and host any higher. Thanks!

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodation! The house is incredibly neat and tidy, and it has such a lovely scent. The bedding, towels, floor mat feels even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel! The only little hiccup we encountered was with the shower in the morning—it seemed to struggle a bit after two people had used it, with hardly any water coming out. Overall, though, we really loved our stay! thank your Cecile and Richard will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

Home from home! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were three sitting areas - kitchen, lounge and two areas in the garden. Drying rack for wet swim gear. Comfy seating and beds - and close to shops, beach and lido - also the beautiful South Downs.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Top Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pier. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Einzig ist es sehr schwer a. Abend/Nacht am Freitag oder Samstag einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

Great stay with everything we needed. We appreciated the breakfast food in the morning. Very nice location and a short walk to a beautiful beach stop. Recommended!!

We booked Duncan's place as a group of 4 so we could visit a friend who has moved to Uckfield. We used the house as a base for sightseeing and to visit a local parkrun, then we left early today to participate in a local 10km event. Duncan's place was perfect for what we needed and is a great place to chill with friends.

Caroline’s flat is lovely, even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and decor in each room beautiful done. The kitchen had lovely plates and glasses, which was a nice touch. We would come to stay again!

Clean, tidy, quiet apartment with easy parking. Clear instructions to get in, milk and tea left for us in the kitchen. Exactly what we wanted and all very easy.

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Richard's place couldn't have been more perfect for us. We were in town for a conference, and the apartment was a short walk from the venue. It was attractive, well equipped and comfortable. Richard was responsive and flexible, letting us have an earlier check, in which was much appreciated. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll stay here again!

This is the second time I have stayed in Richard’s apartment (see my review exactly a year ago). That should say everything. I found it again very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is centrally located to historical Canterbury. On both occasions I stayed over the weekend and the weather was fine. I note the mention of the beer garden over the way. Richard’s description of this is accurate. The building containing the apartment is on a quiet small street, with no vehicles passing. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as an ideal place to stay in Canterbury.

Lovely spot for a weekend in St Leonard’s

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
