Large Edwardian house, Seaford near Eastbourne

This is a large comfortable family house with plenty of room for everyone. The main lounge comfortably seats 12 people, with a second lounge to relax in which also has a children's bookcase. There is an impressive dining room which seats 12 with the table extension), opening onto a patio and grass garden. Next to the dining room is a well equipped kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, granite work surfaces and island. All bedrooms are doubles, one with sofabed, and a cot. A sofabed is in the lounge.

New, modern, stylish house with well-equipped kitchen and lux. bathrooms. Very high specification. Design furniture. Design lighting. Large island in beautiful open kitchen/living for entertaining. Dining table seats 10. 4 big bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large loft (5th bedroom) with 2 double sofabeds, with en-suite bathroom. The house accommodates 10 adults / children in the loft (poss. 12). Big glazed doors to large garden. Feature staircase. Plenty of space inside and outside.

Beach bliss is yours, a minute from Camber Sands , near Medievel Rye. Our eco friendly house has a shingle and black clapboard finish, Hamptons style. It has an open plan living & kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens & a 'Nikola Tesla' hob. The landscaped garden is fully equipped for showering, outdoor cooking & dining. All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

Sandalwood House is nestled between East and West Hills of Hastings, a beautiful spacious 5 bedroom detached Victorian house, with sea views, which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. Just a short walk to bustling centre of Hastings Old Town, it is a perfect place to stay for those who would prefer to be closer to the historic town of Hastings.
