Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

Tous les équipements annoncés y sont Le cadre extérieur est très agréable et vous disposez du maximum de commodités pour un séjour complet (restaurant, supermarché, pharmacie…..) Nous recommandons l’appartement de Greg qui est aussi bien adapté pour les séjours professionnels que pour des vacances Armand YEHOUENOU

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ici. Le logement était très propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Minja était réactif et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne recherchant un espace calme et impeccable.

Heidi certainly deserves the title of superhost. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She answers every communication and is helpful. The apartment is very charming.

Appartement calme, propre, spacieux et dans une très belle copropriété. Gary est disponible, agréable et réactif. Cette adresse est directement dans nos lieux favoris pour les prochains séjours à Paris.

Appartement très sympa, bien situé dans un quartier avec toutes les commodités. A 10mn à pied de la station de métro Marcel Sembat (ligne 9). Clémentine est très accueillante et réactive. Je recommande vivement.

Logement très bien situé à côté de la gare avec des places de parking gratuites aux alentours. Le logement correspond aux photos et à la description, l'environnement est calme et le lit est confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Mathieu a été très agréable à l'arrivée et réactif par message, merci.

Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, da es auch gut ausgestattet war. Der Check in war sicher und einfach, da der Gastgeber eine ausführliche Anweisung verfasst hat. Allerdings war die Lage leider nicht so gut, da die Unterkunft sehr weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum gelegen ist und das Zentrum erst nach einer langen Fahrt mit Bus und Metro in 50 min zu erreichen war.

I stayed there for three nights, and it was a very economical stay. It's conveniently located near the tram station, just two stops away from one of the main hubs, 'La Défense.' I highly recommend this place if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation.

Mycket mysig och bekväm lägenhet i charmiga och lugna kvarter. Gott om trevliga restauranger och butiker i närområdet. Nära till transport och snabbt och enkelt att ta sig till olika sevärdheter. Hit vill vi gärna återkomma!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Übernachtungen in Nellys Studio und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Metro war fussläufig gut zu erreichen und damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt um in Paris überall hinzukommen. Nelly selbst war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Im Studio hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Paris war mal wieder definitiv eine Reise wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt in Mathieus Apartment war super. Tolles Design und sehr schöne Terasse. Der Ablauf war reibungslos und gut organisiert. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt neben der Unterkunft und ersparen viel Stress. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in dem großen und sehr gepflegten Pool. Mit dem Zug erreicht man das Zentrum von Paris in max. 30 Min. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.
