Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in Hauts-de-Seine

Nous avons passé un super week end entre amis dans la maison de Lucile et sa famille. La maison est grande, joliement décorée et très fonctionnelle. Une fois arrivé dans le jardin, on ne se sent même plus en ville. Une gare RER et une station de métro sont à environ 15 min à pied et permettent de rejoindre le centre de Paris donc parfait si on veut être au calme tant en restant accessible en transport en commun. Commerces de première nécessité dans le quartier.

It’s was a great place to stay and close to everything

It’s a beautiful home, with a big lovely garden. Spacious, cozy, well lit, comfortable and quite artistically done. It’s at a walkable distance from the train station, bus stop, grocery stories (Carrefour, ALDI) and if you are a more adventurous kind, even from the Chateau de Versailles. Beautiful views from all the windows of the rooms, with a fully functional and furnished kitchen. Highly recommended!

Alles war super. Wir waren zu siebt mit 3 Teenagern, 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen und die Wohnung hatte für uns die perfekte Größe. Sie ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Aufhängevorrichtung für kleine Handtücher in den Bädern. Ansonsten war alles perfekt :) wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen und Paris entdeckt.

Nous avons passé de belles fêtes de Noël dans le logement de Laurent et Mathilde. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses et l’agencement original. L’emplacement est très pratique et au calme. Pensez juste a bien spécifier vos besoins en terme de chambres et de couchages (une des chambre était fermée lors de notre séjour)

Walid y Sarra nos recibieron maravillosamente. Su casa resultó ideal para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Necesitábamos la cercania al Estadio de Colombes y pudimos ir caminando. Al ser muchos, nos movimos al centro en taxi/bolt, pero también se puede usar transporte público. Estuvimos muy cómodos y tanto la pileta como los ventiladores resultaron un plus importante para refrescarnos. Esperamos regresar alguna vez

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement: sehr gute Lage und Anschluß an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, gut zu erreichen, eigener Parkplatz, tolle Wohnung und Dachterrasse. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsprach dem Zeitraum während den olympischen Spielen. Celine hat uns über alles Notwendige pro-aktiv und umfassend informiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thank you host for Being so much help full it was a wonder-full and pleasant stay . I stayed for 3 months and had good time in the home was very much near to metro and bus stand in front of house . All the super market and shops very near by the host is very much caring and responsive.

Appartamento situato in una zona centrale e ben servita. Nell appartamento c è tutto il necessario. La terrazza è splendida e il salottino comodo. Abbiamo fatto vari aperitivi e anche cenato sulla terrazza da cui si gode una vista sui tetti parigini e sul parco sottostante. Consiglio l appartamento. Souheil sempre disponibile e chiaro.

Un lieu paisible et agréable, avec un Rooftop pratique pour les soirées d’été. Charles a été très accueillant, je recommande !

We’ve had a great stay at Mehdi’s place ! The host is very friendly and helpful every time we needed an answer to a question. Area is calm and with lots of things to do and discover. Sure we will come back for our next Paris trip !

All in all, all good. Good price/location trade off for Paris. Connections are easy enough into Saint Lazare, and then wherever in Paris. Location itself is a bit hit and miss, the whole complex is still being built, not all areas are made nice around the building. Did not affect us too much, but will be way nicer when the whole complex is finished. Parking very good, and very much needed if using a car. Open space/terrace nice, but somewhat extra windy on the 8th floor. So not usable for us on this occasion. Maybe usable on quiet and hot summer evenings. Still, I would recommend and I would come back. Good offer for Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris! Excellent location near public transportation & easy to walk to many different restaurants & markets. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and secure in the building with its gated access. The instructions to find the location are very specific & the host is very responsive & even gave us ideas for places to go. I think it should be mentioned that the second bedroom is up the spiral staircase so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, small children or the elderly. Unit is also 2 full bathrooms but in the downstairs bathroom the toilet is separate from the bathtub area. The water was always hot. When we arrived, it did have the smoky smell that people have mentioned, but we brought incense and opened the windows and it didn’t really bother us. You can tell that this house is really lived in as opposed to other Airbnb’s that are specifically for short term stay, but enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience and loved the decor and feel!

Charming place centrally located in the heart of the city, has a very archaic Parisian vibe. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants and tourist attractions. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a roomy, tasteful and comfortable stay!!
