O espaço atendeu bem as minhas necessidades principais. O bairro tem muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Eletrodomésticos funcionaram bem. O apartamento é no 10o andar, o que permite uma bela vista do bairro, sendo possível ver também o mar, e conta com elevadores. Nereyda é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e bondosa, dando instruções claras e se dispondo a ajudar. O apartamento é bem simples, com um decoração antiga que lembra casa de vó. Não possui wi-fi, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem iphone e precisa usar internet no computador (já que a opção de rotear fica indisponível quando se usa SIM cubano no iphone). Embora a rede elétrica do apartamento seja mais estável pela proximidade de um hospital (segundo informações da anfitriã), em caso de apagões na ilha (aconteceu comigo), se torna necessário usar a escada para lomoção, o que pode ser inviável para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Sugiro muito levar bateria extra de celular se for pra Cuba.

Alloggio impeccabile. Come su foto. Grande e adatto ad ogni esigenza. Sempre pulito e perfetto. La signora che si occupava della pulizia era attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze e rispettava tutti i nostri spazi e orari. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a cuba, ci tornerò.

A estadia foi muito agradável, café da manhã gostoso, quarto limpo, banheiro novinho, tudo muito organizado. A área era boa para caminhar e próxima a restaurantes e pontos turísticos! Imanol foi muito prestativo, nos ajudou com várias demandas e explicou bastante sobre a história da cidade. Tivemos uma experiência incrível e adoramos Havana!

Idenia’s place was wonderful. It was a great place for my family and I to stay and spend time together. Every bedroom had air conditioning which a major plus especially during the summer months. Patricia, her maid, was friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If we needed anything, we were able to contact her and she helped us (Thank you Idenia and Patricia). The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. I really loved the location and outside of the construction noise (which I was notified about beforehand) it was great. The noise was only during the workday and week. I loved that the apartment was secure and had elevators especially with a baby and a stroller. If you are wondering where to stay in Havana, Idenia’s place is a wonderful place to rent. I hope when I visit again, it will be available so we can come back. Thank you!!!

great terrace in Centro Havana, private & clean, the only drawback is the staircase without a lift, however worth the climb in this case as it's not too loud upstairs & beautiful terrace with views of Havana, great & very helpful/ accommodating host, will surely return on my next visit, kitchen a bit small but had enough pots & plates & fridge, so was very happy with our stay overall, also Yanet provided lots of local recommendations & let us leave the bags till late pm on the last day as well as use her freezer at some point, so couldn't ask for more!

Is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Havana and I’ve been coming for 30 years. It is absolutely spectacular. Susie looks after the place is a light and a wonderful help mate. The house was immaculately clean the sheets and towels were wonderful. The view was beyond compare. It is as good as any hotel. I have stayed anywhere in the world and I have stayed absolutely everywhere. My only reluctance and telling everyone how great this place is is that it will be booked. Next time I come. It’s the only place I stay in Havana.

Thank you, Alejandra. It was a very good stay with no problems. It is a secure place. We enjoyed the top patio. It was nice and breezy. The Internet was good. We lost power, and solar panels were easy to use. Uri was nice as well. Overall, it was a good stay for us. No one bothered, and people outside were friendly as well. It is walking distance to the grocery store.

This was our second year staying at Villababy and we are already making plans to return! The team at the house (Yaquelin, Laura and Mariano) strike a magical balance of bring totally invisible and discrete until you need them and they are right at hand. The house is great with many private nooks (even bigger than it appears) for variety or if parts of your group need their own space. A week was not enough time to try all of the restaurants within walking distance-- and Vedado, Centro and Habana Vieja are all within 10-20 minutes by affordable taxi too. In the middle of the diplomatic neighborhood, you will feel incredible safe and secure day and night. This trip several of our party were knocked down for a couple days by a stomach bug and we couldn't have felt more cared for. They made us a traditional Cuban recipe (malanga, banana and rice puree) to settle our stomachs, and offered to make as a special lunch also. This kind of special treatment cannot be beat nor understated.

"Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Los anfitriones fueron increíbles, muy atentos en todo momento. La casa estaba impecable y siempre reponían lo necesario, como jabón y papel higiénico, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy cómodo. La ubicación no podría haber sido mejor: una zona céntrica rodeada de restaurantes, perfecta para salir a cenar, y con pequeñas tiendas cercanas donde podías comprar lo que necesitaras. La casa es perfecta, con todas las comodidades. Si vienes en moto o coche, tienes espacio para aparcar sin problemas. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, lo cual fue ideal, y los electrodomésticos funcionan a la perfección. Nos vamos súper contentos y agradecidos por todo. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan maravillosa!"

Jorge, Arianna et mamá Rosita sont tous très accueillants et vous font sentir comme à la maison dès que vous arrivez. Ils sont très joviales, très ouverts, aiment échanger, parler de tout, et sont présents pour toute l’organisation de votre voyage à Cuba ☺️ Bref, c’est parfait et très pratique. Le logement est très bien situé, très propre, avec une magnifique vue sur La Havane. Le quartier est calme, et un ferry nous amène à La Havane très rapidement. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement et cette merveilleuse famille ☺️

Excelente estancia en el departamento de Rosa. En primer lugar y desde antes de hacer la reserva Rosa respondió a todas mis preguntas de manera rápida y clara. Durante nuestra estadía se preocupó de cada detalle. Somos 6 personas viajando y todos quedamos muy felices. El departamento es muy lindo. Cómodo. Con aire acondicionado y wifi. Las camas muy cómodas para descansar. Todo muy limpio y la ubicación muy buena para salir a comer, bailar y disfrutar de La Habana de manera segura. Recomendaré este alojamiento a mis amigos que quieran conocer La Habana.

Frank was the upmost of hosts. Friendly and responsive, always clear with instructions and directions. He is prompt and very easy to deal with. The apartment was certainly consistent with the listing and had a very welcoming vibe to it. Nicely, arranged, furniture, patio, with beautiful view, pristine kitchen, and bathrooms and two very comfortable bedrooms. Definitely worth a revisit on future trips. Five 🌟

Très bel appartement en plein centre de la havana vieja, tout se trouve à proximité, propre, cuisine suffisamment équipée pour préparer à manger avec les produits achetés dans la rue 😁. Climatisation dans les chambres, eau chaude, j’y suis resté 10 jours, et je reviendrai 😉.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Carlos qui a été attentif a nos besoins et nos questions. Le lieu était parfait pour nous. Moins touristique que d'autres quartiers et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et très confortable. L'appartement était extrêmement beau et propre. Rien a dire de négatif.

In Cuba you definitely need someone like this host, very helpful and supportive in everything, hospitality was top and at anytime, the host lives in the same building and will get you anything you want in terms of goods and services We were pleased to stay in this house and the location is amazing and near by everything We will definitely staying here again and would recommend this apartment for everyone who is looking for nice vacation with friends and family. :) Thanks alot

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

The home is pretty much the best that you will find in the area. We stayed in nearby Guanabo several times, this area is for families and no question the beaches are far superior. There are ample places to eat. the challenge is limited transportation from the home. Arrange taxis during the day for evening rides, taxis aren't found at night time. The home is a good 15 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches. For us it's ok, we put our kids to work. That may not work if you have young ones and strollers. Otherwise, it's a great home and the beach area is really good.

Realmente es el mejor lugar donde me he quedado en Cuba, es un departamento muy cómodo, coincide completamente con las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y en la zona de vedado que está cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y en otra visita seguro regresaré a este lugar.
