House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Beautiful flat a short walk from city centre

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. The historic city of Oxford (easily accessible by bus) provides plenty to do and the Thames and Cotswolds are lovely walking areas nearby. The cottage has it's own patio and garden area with trampoline. There is table football, games and books. Off road parking available. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home.

We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.
