It's located on a quiet street with mature trees and is a 5 star accommodation. It has gorgeous old with new charm and has a great layout with plenty of space. Guests always feel welcomed and that they have the place to themselves. It's a 1 km walk to great trails and hiking in Laurel Creek conservation area. You can be at the St. Jacobs farmers market and the village of St. Jacobs within a 10 minute drive. “Paul's huis is absoluut prachtig! Echt genoten van mijn verblijf daar dankzij zijn geweldige gastvrijheid! De slaapkamer was absoluut schoon en heeft een zeer comfortabel bed vergelijkbaar met die van topklasse hotelketens! Het ontbijt is geweldig en ik hield van Lily de hond, ze was altijd zo gastvrij voor gasten! De hot tub is een groot pluspunt vooral op dagen dat het echt koud wordt! Al met al een geweldige airbnb dat voelt als een thuis met alle voorzieningen van een hotel.”

Nearest bus stop is a 2km walk.
It has a large bed, desk and wardrobe. A comfortable living room and a kitchen where you can cook a variety of dishes are all prepared. If you have a university and a plaza nearby, and plan a trip or visit to the waterloo area, this is the best place to stay. However, due to the structure of the building, there is no windows.
