Lovely place clean and tidy lovely restaurant with beautiful food chips are to die for ,drinks a bit over priced all in all will probably return in spring or summer 👍

We had a great stay at The Royal Lodge, the staff were all lovely and really helpful. The meal we had in the hitel restaurant was great. The surroundings of Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley are stunning and great for hiking in the forest, watching the deer and boar or just relaxing by the river. Highly recommended.

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Angela and Nigel were lovely and accommodating. The annexe was spacious and had everything you needed including milk, tea and coffee which was a bonus for us as it was a fleeting visit. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful garden and surrounding area. Thank you for our stay

Diana was attentive and always immediately responsive throughout our pre-visit dialogue. She was there to meet us on our arrival, with a lively and engaging welcome. Diana was fascinating to talk to and the charming furnishings in her lovely home have touches of her adventurous experience abroad. We were grateful to sit for a while in the spectacular, abundant grounds, free to admire the peace and tranquility. It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into setting up Diana’s AirB&B provision and arrangements. Very clearly she talked us through all we needed to know and then allowed us freedom to enjoy it. The bed was particularly comfortable and made up with sumptuous bedding. We are left with rich memories of the outstanding and distinctive charm of the place and of Diana’s reassuring capability in her role hosting us so very well.

Having been let down at the last minute it was a relief to find somewhere. What we got was a very friendly host, who was very communicative - loved the handwritten welcome note) and generous with her time and belongings. It's a small bedroom, but the bed is comfortable and there's hanging space for clothes. The kitchen is well-appointed and Tracy seems happy to lend everything out for use. She is friendly and helpful but not overly inquisitive. A great combination. Thanks again for a good stay.

I had a great stay. The house is really nice and the place is super interesting. The place was super clean especially compared with the place i stayed at before. Host is really friendly and was well worth the stay. Happy : )

We had a lovely stay in Beekeeper’s cottage. The cottage was as described and clean. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great and Chris clearly keeps it very clean alongside taking care with everything else. Chris is friendly and on hand if you need anything and has great info about the area. Lots of nice scenery for walking and not too far from local towns for supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

A lovely stay here in Hereford. The room was large and comfortable. Marin, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was a selection of cereals. Parking fairly easy to find on the road and can walk into town in about 25 mins.

Thanks for a great stay, we had three generations staying a couple of nights for a long awaited catch up, and the house was a perfect half way point. Plenty within walking distance, the little ones loved the play kitchen (so much!!) and the older ones enjoyed relaxing in the cosy front room in the evenings. A home from home and a lovely stay. Thanks for the local recommendations, would definitely consider staying again if we’re in Hereford again!
