The home was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything needed, especially in the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking so easy and convenient. The overall setup of the house was thoughtful and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. On top of that, the scenery from the house was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect backdrop for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft, es war alles top. Hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Schöner und sauberer Pool, sowie saubere Küche und Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war super und haben auch sofort einen Flughafentransfer über ihn buchen können. Auch wenn die Unterkunft sich in einer Seitenstraße von einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet, hört man von dem Verkehr nichts. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Staying at Muditha's place was wonderful. The apartment is a little outside of the city center but can easily be reached by Tuktuk. There are a few local markets nearby, we found a grocery store and a local bakery with tasty snacks that can easily be reached by foot. It is surrounded by small temples and lots of greenery, which makes it a good location for peacefull strolls around the neighbourhood. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is no AC but there are fans in the bedrooms and since the location is a bit higher up, it's not too hot at night. The hosts were very honest and warm people. They gave us privacy but answered within minutes if we ever had a request. They even showed us their garden and let us say hello to the chickens 🥰 They helped us with our every need and even made sure we got on the local bus safely on the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you are spending a few nights in Kandy!
