Jaime's home was great and matched their listing page to the T. The house sets in a beautiful location of Badin Lake, within a cul-de-sac and was very quiet. Nothing negative to write about our stay and definitely recommend! May revisit in the future. 😊

My family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are really big and there is plenty of room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet! It is very well decorated and in great shape. We have friends that have a house on the lake and they were very impressed with the amount of space. I didn't have to look far for my wife, because I knew she was on the screened in porch! Our kids wanted us to sell our house and buy this one! Town is close enough for everything you need! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Jessica was very responsive via text message! Great Host!

We had a great stay! Katherine was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The place was a great location and our kids enjoyed the lake!

We came to Concord to compete in a Spartan race and Ranin’s lake house was large enough to accommodate our entire crew! The house is wonderful. The view is amazing. The kitchen is large enough that we could all hang out and chat while we made breakfast and dinner and our overall favorite was gathering on the back patio! Should the need arise, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed while taking the little guy to Polar Express. Had a great long weekend and was an easy 25 min to the train. Coldest night of the year and loved it. Would recommend arriving during the day but we managed at night. Looking forward to visiting again in warmer months.

Nice and responsive hosts! Lots of seating options with great views, well stocked with necessities. Large water filtration in fridge was super nice and supplies available making it easy to start a fire for s’mores!

Thanks everything was great from me asking how far you were from the location of our event for the weekend. To me and my family making memories. It’s hard to make memories with adult children in the start of their careers but this home allowed my husband and myself to make those memories. From myself and my youngest being able to open the windows and talk to my husband and my oldest down on the dock fishing and my grandpup watching his mom and pop pop fish with granny and auntie. So thank you for opening up your home to us. It’s definitely worth the money!

Had a great stay at the lake. Right on the water so the views were amazing, the house felt bigger than I thought, on a dead end road so very quiet at least in the winter and only about 10-15 to get to town for supplies. Would stay again.

What an absolute treat to get to stay on Tanglewood Property during the Festival of Lights! We stayed the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Peyton gave us great instructions on how to get into the park via the back entrance and we had no problems with entry or exit. It was so quiet and the place was very comfortable. We walked all around Tanglewood and felt like we had a mini-vacation just a few miles from our son's home. We are already trying to figure out when we can go there again!

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private but not secluded. Host was super responsive, we even decided to extend our trip and he was super helpful and responsive when it came to that! Beautiful place, loved it!

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

Rob is an incredible host. Anyone looking for a convenient, hygienic and friendly stay should definitely check out Rob's house. The Uni., stores, restaurants, and public transport are all easily accessible. Riding Rob's bikes on trails, around lake, and to the eateries was the most enjoyable activity. I would definitely want to head back to his place. Thank you Rob!!

One of my favorite air bnb experiences. Incredibly clean, great atmosphere and amenities, I was more than comfortable. Only thing I would mention is there is construction across the street, but it didn’t bother me much, and if you work from home, there’s plenty of quieter common space areas: Incredible value, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment on the lake. The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A special touch was the delicious banana bread we enjoyed for breakfast (complimentary) and the amazing dinner Kim prepared for us (ordered for a very reasonable price). The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning lake view, which offered a peaceful and serene backdrop throughout our visit. We also had a blast kayaking on the lake. Kim was a great host, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and we would love to return in the future.

We had such a great time at Brad’s lake house! It felt spacious for our family of 4 and was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and down by the water. Loved the blackout curtains to keep out the light when needed. Beds were comfortable. And of course, we enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit! A very peaceful getaway to spend time with our family. We will be back again! One thing I will mention…. Closest groceries stores are 30 min out! I would suggest getting food on your way in!

Great little place! Easy to get to, far enough out to be quiet but not too far from the main roads. It was nice to sit out on the swings and relax.

We had such a wonderful time at Linda’s home! The spot couldn’t be more beautiful, we used the kayaks multiple times and my dog was very comfortable in her home. It’s well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal, and the beds were all very comfortable. Would love to come back!
