Gastenverblijven in Highland Council

I had a very nice stay with my children. Everything we needed was there and there was WiFi. The view is wonderful, especially when the weather is sunny. It is a very peaceful place and a good location to visit the main spots around (driving) : the fairy glens (very close), the Quiraing, Kilt rock, the Old man of Storr. There is a small supermarket nearby (driving distance) as well. Thank you very much! Oceane.

Air Leth is a lovely well resourced self catering apartment. The bedroom was very comfortable but a little on the snug side as there was not much room to walk around the bed, as was the bathroom. The tiny sink in the bathroom didn't allow for much movement. The shower was lovely though. It has a full kitchen where one can cook up a storm, once you have sorted out the myriad of switches to get everything functioning. It has a comfortable couch and good sized dining table for 2. The view out the back window is stunning and we loved just looking at it. We would definitely recommend staying there. It is also close enough to the centre of town to walk there.

It was lovely trip we had to Fort William and host was fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. Definitely I would recommend and worth spending in and around really amazing scenic places to visit nearby.

Caroline was a lovely host. The accommodation was perfect for our stay on Skye as it is located at the main route to Portree and surroundings! One thing you should pay attention to though is the heating. We tried to pre heat for the day but unfortunately it didn’t. Can get a bit cold now here in autumn. All in all a lovely accommodation and a wonderful host. Can totally recommend.

Ce logement dans le Holiday Park d'Aviemore est un mobil home très grand et très bien équipé. Il n'est pas trop proche des autres logement et très bien placé près d'une petite rivière. Le site est top, très proche, et il y a un bar/restaurant juste en face. Très calme, très propre. En moins de 10 minutes on peut rejoindre le centre d'Aviemore en passant pas une voie calme et sécurisée. Il est très facile de rejoindre les activités proposées pour toute la famille (location vélo, tir à l'arc, accrobranche, rando) et tout est très bien aménagé à Aviemore pour prendre plaisir. Super lieu

We had such a lovely time staying at "The Piggery". The living room was so cute and cozy to settle down in after a long day of touring the area. Bed was very comfortable and loved the heating pads for the nights that got a bit more chilly. JP and Sarah were great hosts and made sure we were as comfortable as we could be :)

This place was perfect. Great location, great host. Beautiful space and had an amazing view. Was the perfect location to get to all the sights on the island. (Felt like a central location). Just was responsive and helpful when questions arose. Not too many places to eat on the island and the oldest pub/ inn is located a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The appartment is very speacious. It provides everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very close to the citycenter, yet the neighbourhood is still quiet. We definitely would recommend to stay there. We had a short conversation with Kenny, who was very kind.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Julie und James war wirklich klasse - die Unterkunft bietet alles, was benötigt wird und ist genauso wie beschrieben. Von der Unterkunft kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen, da diese zentral für Autofahrer gelegen ist - eine fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants oder dergleichen ist nicht gegeben. Das war für uns kein Problem, da wir eh überall mit dem Auto hingefahren sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Julie und James sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! :)

Lovely static caravan - warm, welcoming, comfortable - situated close to the beach, forest and coastline. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone solo or family traveller!

Meg's place is beautiful. The accommodation is well equipped and roomy with super comfy beds and brilliant showers. There is also a private outside space for your morning coffee. The scenery is amazing and close to the Loch. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. Thank you Meg and Gary!😊

Really enjoyed staying at Gemma’s place, location was great with fantastic views and next to a working farm so you get to watch the cows from the window. Really well equipped with everything you would need for cooking and making the stay a homely one. Hopefully we will visit again soon.

Kim met me on arrival. Showed me around and explained everything I needed to know. Ki M was very friendly and polite. Also left me a welcome pack, which I thought was very helpful. It was very kind and thoughtful. I found the guest house very comfortable. Home from home. It was beautiful. Very modern and had little personal touches. Very private and quiet. With beautiful views. I will definitely go back. I loved it 🥰

The Nochty Studio is a magical place. Stylish, minimalist decor, perfect layout and has all the gear you need to make yourself at home. The views are the cherry on the cake! Stunning! Just looking out over the scenery with the fire on was priceless. Emma was super responsive and very friendly. There are some nice restaurants in nearby ballater and braemar, ballater has a decent coop for groceries. Fabulous walks nearby too. We did loch muick (majestic mountains) and linn of Dee (forest trails, ancient trees and waterfalls). We had a great time (including the pooch) and would highly recommend. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, surroundings and hosts! Loved our insightful chats with Andrew and Debora who were so friendly and kind. Gave us great tips on the beautiful walks nearby! Made it halfway to Scoraig but our tired little city legs gave up on us. Managed to do the stunning walk by the loch to the pebble beach and abandoned house though. The cottage itself was extremely cozy and had everything you needed for a little off grid retreat. Hope to be back soon.

Lovely, cosy and spacious chalet for a weekend away. All the amenities you could need to stay for a week or more. Fiona was a great host with clear instructions and quick responses to any messages. Would love to stay again :)

I highly recommend Carmen and John’s Airbnb. Super view, quiet location, well decorated and furnished. It had everything needed. The exceptional cleanliness made me feel comfortable and settled as soon as I walked in. Great selection of local books.

Peaceful and quiet location, close to the beach for children's daily play on the sand, and close to railway line to watch the trains go by. Our labrador enjoyed the enclosed garden at the house. Host was very quick at fixing a minor issue we had.

We had a great stay at the chalet. It is warm and clean to come home to after some wild weather on the island!

Lovely remote location. House very comfortable. A short drive to lots of great features and places of interest (waterfall, Ulver etc). Eagles, otters and buzzards to be seen too. Also, useful local produce available too (eggs, bread). Book the weather if you can to get the best of the views!

We had an absolutely incredible time. Thank you so much. The house is absolutely perfect with a south facing terrace getting as much of the Scottish sun. The beds were sooo comfortable and everything was spotless and perfectly laid out. We would definitely recommend!
