After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Our group had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Kelly’s place is well worth every penny. Beautiful river and huge property with a great fire pit and multiple paddle boats. Also well equipped inside with everything you need and very well kept. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Ballard Cabin was the perfect getaway! It has a warm, rustic hunting cabin vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space is incredibly cozy, with a super comfy couch and a great collection of books to browse through. The kitchen was amazing—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The location was also perfect: just minutes from town and a short drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park, where we spent the weekend skating. This was the perfect airbnb for a relaxing weekend getaway! The apartment was beautiful with lots of natural light throughout, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Lesley and Ian were friendly and thoughtful hosts - we were greeted upon arrival and we especially appreciated the late checkout offered to us, which allowed us some extra time to enjoy the beautiful view by the dock. We hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay with our kids while in town for our wedding! Hilary was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during such a special time. She was friendly, prompt, and answered all our questions quickly, which made the stay stress-free. The space was perfect for our family, with thoughtful touches that made it easy and comfortable for us and our little ones (like setting up a cot and having a pack and play available to use). We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Thank you for helping make our wedding trip unforgettable! Simona and Daniel’s place was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Daniel gave us a warm welcome in the front yard, and the music playing when we walked into the unit set such a relaxing atmosphere. Simona was super quick to respond and never left us hanging. If we’re ever back in Harcourt, we’d definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

Anuhea was an amazing host. The place is as described, beautiful & cozy. Short waltz to downtown Peterborough. Did not have enough time in our quick visit to do the sauna, but what a bonus!!! We would stay a hundred times over & bigly recommend these wonderful people & their guest suite.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist ein Highlight. Ich würde immer wieder hier herkommen. Meine Naturbeobachtung am See werde ich sehr vermissen.

I had a wonderful solo experience at Catherine's cabin. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything I needed to cook simple delicious meals. BBQ for dinners and the frying pan was perfect for breakfast. The view was absolutely stunning, which you can enjoy from the private dock or from the cabin. It was only a 15 minute drive away from beautiful hikes and the grocery store or butcher. Very grateful to have found this place and will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin! This was our 4th time coming back, and it never disappoints. The snowshoe trails are fantastic, offering great adventures right outside the door. We especially enjoyed the outdoor winter fires – a perfect way to unwind after a day in the snow. The cabin itself is so warm and inviting, truly the ideal spot for a cozy winter getaway. Tammy and Donna are such wonderful hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can’t wait for our next visit!

What a beautiful place to stay! Close to Algonquin park where we got to see pine martens and later learned that they are also on the property! Awesome place to see northern lights. Zoe was so helpful and kind to talk to! Definitely will be coming back!

This was the best cabin getaway where we instantly felt at home. It felt like we had a personal waterfall right beside our room. It was so breathtaking and serene. And it was so warm and cozy inside the cabin with the fireplace. I booked this so my sister and I could get away from the city and completely disconnect. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in nature and hope to be back in future ✅😎🌲

“Hostess with the mostest” is an understatement for Sandra. When she says all you need to bring is your overnight bag and groceries, she means it! Her and Dejay are lovely people, offering an incredible getaway. The attention to detail and commitment to their guests is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend and return!

We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

Had a wonderful stay, the cabin was absolutely perfect. Very cute, clean and well appointed. I will definitely be back. I strongly urge vacationers to try Honeys Diner, down the Rd, delicious breakfasts and the Woodview convenience store has all your last minute items that you may need, not to mention very yummy locally made cheesecake and butter tarts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Linda 🙌

Perfect little cabin for a quiet vacation. This was our second stay here, and we love how peaceful the space is. It's very cosy, with all the amenities you need for a get away.
