This is an upstairs end unit in a beautiful park like setting with privacy and ample parking. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach via private path. I also provide all needed beach gear. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, sheet, beach bag and wagon. There is a boogie board and some sand toys.
