Nel and Lorne are absolutely fantastic ppl! Their place is clean, easy to reach, close to a lot of attractions (also right on the beach- we saw a seal on one of the days!), supermarkets and a great playground are just 10 mins drive. very comfortable beds. Great shower. kitchen has everything you would need for a short or a long stay. above all, Nel and Lorne are fantastic hosts. We felt right at home. Nel baked fresh bread for us ! She even invited our kids for breakfast one of the days ! She especially came down to let us know about the seal swimming in the ocean right in front of the house. extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts! we can't recommend their place enough! we will surely be back :)

What a comfortable & homely apartment, that’s walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes. It was perfect waking up and sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. Sally provided everything needed for a weekend away, including recommendations for local spots to go. Sally was also great with communication, and even made sure to introduce herself before we left. Highly recommend staying here.

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

A must stay in Kingston beach! A perfect location with gorgeous accommodation. Could not recommend it enough. The flat was beautiful and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Julie's property is the perfect base to explore all that Hobart has to offer! Julie really has thought about every little thing you could want from a little getaway. The water views were stunning to wake up to and the gentle sounds of the ocean waves were so relaxing as the sun went down. Bellerive is also a short drive from the main areas of Hobart so everything is within an easy reach. Would definitely recommend Julie's place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in Tassie!

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

This was a very cozy and comfortable space. The host had many special touches—snacks and extra bathroom supplies—that made us feel right at home. They thought of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ann’s Cottage. The house was exceptionally clean, well renovated and tastefully appointed. The welcome basket was much appreciated, as were the comfy beds, heating, and well sized TV. The house was in a handy location, with a beautiful walk along the bay, and essential amenities close by. A gorgeous little house!

We loved Jessica’s location, the view was Amazing!! A view of the sunrise is a Must for anyone staying there!! It is close to everything and there are walkable trails for hiking nearby! We could hear wombats chattering in the evening and early morning, so cool!! The kitchen is great for cooking and there is. BBQ outside as well. We would go back in a heartbeat!!😘

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

This house was in a very central location. we found it especially convenient to go everywhere we needed to see in Hobart. The only downside is there are no internet connection on the bedrooms downstairs. Overall is really a nice house, spacious and magnificent view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay at Emelyn retro stay. The home was cosy, well equip and the most beautiful views of Hobart also a fabulous location a short walk along the waterfront to Bellerive cafes/shopping district. Host was responsive, accomodating and friendly. Hope to stay again sometime!

Amazing location - short stroll to many restaurants and grocery stores. Charming house with plenty of room - feels bigger than the pictures. Comfy and warm! Quiet neighbourhood despite everything being close by.

I love that flat, well equipped and cozy. Jame is helpful and responsive. it was a great surprise that Jame sent us a bottle of wine which we definitely appreciated after a long day drive. Lovely neighborhood and convenient to supermarkets and restaurants.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝

What a fabulous stay. Right next to the beach, easy walking for a coffee or dinner. Close to everything. The unit is decorated in a lovely vibe. Beds very comfortable. The touches in the fridge were so welcomed as we arrived late. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

A short notice stay with a poorly pup. Check in details were sent straight away, easy to find, convenient parking and a lovely cosy place to stay and relax for the night. Lots of streaming services and wifi access and all the amenities we needed. And a wonderful, compassionate host - Would recommend!
