You can watch free Netflix with big flat TV, and also there're washing machine and laundry dryer, cooking utensils and tableware, so you can relax in your room.

between kamikura shrain and hayatama shrain at the walk 10min. It takes 15min by walking from house to JR Shingu Station. There isn't anyone in the house. You can relax very much.
