The place was clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The host is very responsible. The location is great — right in the center of the city, yet it remains a quiet place, perfect for relaxation. There’s a great view of Ararat right from the balcony. I was amazing. This apartment has everything needed for a long stay. The space is well-equipped with all the essentials. I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable place to stay.

Everything is good except that there is no microwave and there is no water at nights. So if you come at home after a bar at 2 am you probably will not be able even to wash your hands which is very annoying. Some of the districts in armenia have this problem, but some are not. Wifi is great, I was working all days during the month, no problem. Having the low price and located at komitasa street this apartment is a good choice I think.

Давит отзывчивый хозяин, разрешил заехать в жилье раньше. + Все соответствует фото + Вид на Арарат с балкона гостиной + Хорошее соотношение цены и качества Минусами можно пренебречь, Но все же: - вторая спальня очень маленькая, буквально чуть больше кровати - из средств гигиены было только несколько видов мыла Вцелом довольны выбором с учётом того, что забронировали пол дня до приезда.

Прекрасный хозяин, быстро отвечал на сообщения. Просторная светлая квартира в самом центре. Рядом круглосуточный супермаркет с хорошим выбором продуктов

Потрясающая квартира. С очень свежим ремонтом, всё предусмотрено. Много пространства. Огромная ванная комната с двумя зеркалами. Приятно удивило наличие двух(!) кофемашин. можно выбрать какой кофе хочется. и было три вида кофе и чай. Я, как серийный поглотитель кофе, очень порадовалась. Владелец предупредительный, отвечает на все вопросы оперативно. но ненавязчивый, что очень важно. Постельное белье, подушки, одеяла - всё безупречно чистое и новое. Из небольших недочётов шум из кафешки на улице, но он не сильный, мне не мешал. И лейка тропического душа странно работает. Это совсем не портит впечатления от квартиры. Очень рекомендую. Буду останавливаться ещё.

Окна выходят на 3 стороны, что добавляет очарования )) Чувство «дома» появилось сразу, теперь есть место в Ереване, куда хочется вернуться 💛

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Thank you Syuzanna for having us.

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

My staying at this place was my first and one of the best experiences in Yerevan. It was my first time in the city and the view of Yerevan from this place is incredible. I recommend it! Thanks for hosting me, guys!

Очень понравилась квартира! Место расположения удобное. Не очень далеко от центра, но в то же время в достаточно тихом и спокойном районе. Рядом много магазинов, обменных пунктов валюты. Неподалеку есть рынок. В пешей доступности две станции метро. Квартира полностью соответствует фото на сайте. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания четырех человек. Армен очень приветлив и отзывчив.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
