Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

James' place is amazing! There's lots of room in the apartment and it was perfectly clean and tidy when i arrived. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Oregon district with peaceful streets all around and there were always a few parking spaces free on the street outside the apartment. James was always responsive and polite which helped my stay go smoothly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb when staying in Dayton.

Such a cute and homelike rental. It had everything I needed. The kitchen is gorgeous and the bed is so comfy. Michael was responsive when I had a question. Great place and I already have it rented again later in the year!

My husband and I loved this cute little hideaway! It was very clean and had a welcoming charm. It was perfect for a weekend get away with our fur babies.

Second time at this location. Perfectly clean and updated. Wonderful grocery store across the street. Restaurants, ice cream shop and a great thrift store within super short walking distance.

Polly’s place was perfect and exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area with my dog. Everything was clean and the home was adorable. Polly was very communicative and available but truthfully, I didn’t need to ask her much as she had already provided everything I needed to know! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

We had a great long term stay at Jennifers. The place was comfortable and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is great for traveling the surrounding areas.

The house was very spacious with lots of amenities. It worked great for our family’s visit to Dayton. Maria was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay. I would stay here again.

Open and roomy with accurate photos and description. The simple , minimalist design supports the open feel. Roomy fenced back yard for your furry family. We were able to cook and eat a family dinner. I would have preferred a larger dining table, but I knew exactly what I was getting based on the description and photos. I chose the large yard, three bedrooms, 2 baths, and open feel rather than a tight, small space with a large table plus allowance of our pet. Scott is responsive and gracious.

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.
