With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee. The 2026 vegetable garden has been planted! New for 2026: Kitchen Aid stand mixer, new towels, frying pans. Cupcake Cottage has had a total renovation: the same light, charm, and views remain but inside there is a new kitchen, flooring, and heating system. And outside, a new deck and porch configuration, windows, siding, roof and dormers. The house is an 1838 barn with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
