We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

Rhonda’s chalet was so tidy and cute, and she made us feel right at home. There were plenty of helpful amenities and she communicated with us clearly and quickly. She was very accommodating. The views were gorgeous and the space was cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

I really appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Webb house over the holidays! Keri was very accommodating and kind. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was accurate to the listing, what more could we ask for! The beds were all comfortable and there was complimentary coffee, it is close to a variety of things to do!

John’s place was in a nice location, very spacious, and equipped with most of the kitchen must haves! We would recommend you bring extra blankets, towels and trash bags! You will enjoy the space, there are games, a cabinet full of goodies and clean sheets on the bed. Wish we would have found this host/home a few years ago. We have been miserable every time we stay in WV, this place changed that feeling for us! We felt right at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR COMFORT, PEACE AND PRIVACY! We felt safe here and the location was very convenient!!

We have stayed at Anthony's twice now and felt right at home in the clean, well kept charming house. Even when the coffee maker and air fryer stopped working, Anthony jumped right to it, ordering and having new appliances delivered for the rest of our stay. The house is close to the Marshall Health Sports Arena in Huntington and Marshall University. It is a bright spot in a dismal location.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

Very nice , peaceful, and comfortable . Great place to rest for those who need low simulation ( very good environment for my adult autistic daughter) . I would highly recommend Graysons place for autistic travelers & their families or care givers.

This place was wonderful to stay at. Lots of room and very good location. The house was clean, well maintained, and had all the basics in the kitchen. Christina was very responsive and gave great recommendations for food. Definitely would recommend this,especially if you need room for several people.

This was our second stay but in the one bedroom this time. Our granddaughter came overnight and was very comfortable in the convertible bed. The bedroom very comfortable as well. We enjoyed the expresso maker! I do love the thoughtfulness toward every little detail in every square inch of this apartment and everything squeaky clean! We’ve already booked for another few days. Feels like home.

This apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, within walking distance to the theater. Easy check in. Host was very friendly and welcoming!! Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay for my husband and I with his parents. The four of us had plenty of room and everything looked just like the pictures in the listing. Easy parking with convenient drop off area in front of the building, including easy access to full menu cafe on the first floor. Everything was clean when we arrived especially bedding and bathrooms, beds were very comfortable for us all. We enjoyed the view as well! There was some windy days and you can definitely hear the wind being up high but it was fine. Traffic below is noisy due to area of town so you can definitely hear those sounds but it didn’t bother us. One small thing needed to be addressed during our stay and host was extremely responsive and it was handled right away with no disruption to our plans. So happy we stayed here and will book again when coming back to Ashland!

Everything was great! My stay was perfect and I wouldnt change anything.

Unique home and very close to civic center. I walked and it was about 7 mins. Neighbors are quiet and parking was available up front. House is secure and felt like home where I could relax. Noticed that it was patrolled by police often in front and side streets. I loved the crisp sheets in the bed. My husband was able to work using the Wi-Fi and had a separate space for privacy in kitchen. I was so happy to find a wall charger for my phone, otherwise I would have been completely without. The porch is very nice reminds me of somewhere posh down south. This home caters to all walks of life. Single or small family. There was a little closet play area I could see small children being happy to find. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in West Virginia ! My favorite things about the house were the sound machines lol I actually bought one when we left. The house was really cute and decorated really nice ! My husband was on nights and the room stayed nice and cool/dark. Beds were comfortable couch was comfortable I really enjoyed it ! The only thing I would have preferred (at no fault to C.A.) would have been more cabinets in the kitchen as we stay places a week+ at a time ! I loved the little sunroom it was cute . We would definitely stay again ! We walked to McDonald’s many times (lol) and walked to the dollar general market lol . C.A. Was very nice and accommodating! 10/10!
