The Rimu Hut - Cosy Bush Escape

A tramping-style A-frame chalet nestled against rimu trees on the edge of a stunning 15-acre native forest block close to the Hunua Ranges in rural South Auckland. Built by the owners using macrocarpa timber grown on the property, it was intended to be a place where their grandchildren could enjoy sleepovers in the forest and afternoon adventures. They soon realised though, that such a special place should be shared so they decided to make it available to others. Cosy in winter, cool in summer!

The Pearl of Whakatiwai

The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed with view of Tikapa Moana and the Coromandel. A great little kitchen with oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need. No TV, but great WiFi available. The price has recently increased but I didn’t increase my amount.

Originally an implement shed the 'The Tiny House' has been recently renovated into a magical luxury retreat....only 35 mins from downtown Auckland, 20 minutes from the airport. Expect to see endless countryside, rural animals, ponds, native bush while sitting in the wooden hot tub soaking it all in and watching the sunset. Expect to have peace and serenity ...the perfect escapism from the city and work stress... you will never regret it! Winter or summer you will be delighted.

Maota - Clevedon - uber Studio luxury

Lovely studio suited for a couple (also has a large day bed in the same room) Situated 2kms from the heart of Clevedon with a country outlook. Shared spaces include: Swimming pool, Tennis court, in-ground trampoline, gas BBQ and 2.5 acres to walk around and enjoy a landscaped garden. Clevedon offers walks, bike rides, Farmer's market on Sundays, local beaches, vineyards. Host well versed on what is happening around the region including polo, restaurants and activities.

The Bus Depot.

The Bus Depot is a rustic retreat overlooking the beautiful firth of Thames. A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.

We can now offer an easy walk to the bus stop that takes you to the brand new Drury train station you can take the train all the way into Auckland city or if preferred to our local Pukekohe. It's approximately a one hour train trip a 10min bus ride and about a 12min walk. Trains come every 10mins.
