Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. In less than 300m Ialysos beach is situated with water sports, with crystal clear water In a 400m distance from the house there is the touristic and commercial centre of Ialysos where you can find super markets, restaurants and bars. In a 300m distance there is a bus station connecting with the town of Rhodes, the airport “Diagoras”, with is 6km away from the villa, and other sights of the island.

Deze volledig gerenoveerde stadsvilla is omgetoverd tot een heerlijk vakantieverblijf in het midden van een bruisende woonwijk, op 7 km van het vliegveld en 7 km van Rhodos stad. Na een kleine wandeling van 5 minuten sta je op Ialysoss Beach, of leuke restaurants, bars. In Villa NoVie zelf is het ook goed vertoeven. Heerlijk zonnen bij het prive zwembad, of bbqen in de tuin, sfeervol dineren in de woonkamer of borrelen in een fijne loungekuil.

Cozy double storey house1 downtown!

It is a double storey house in a quiet neighborhood located in the center of Rhodes. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, the living room and the WC. The bedroom with its charming balcony is on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The sitting room has a TV set, two sofas one of which can be turned into a bed. The bedroom has a double bed, a closet and drawers.
