The place is highly recommended, if you are looking for a family friendly place, you will definitely get a privacy. Overall our stay we did not encounter any problems at all. Will definitely be back to this place.

Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. Thank you and I recommend booking this home.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Had encounter issue on water when we arrived but was immediately solve. The place is hilly and needs an expert driver. And overall, the place is good

You can say that the place is really clean just from the smell itself, even in the bathroom. It's convenient as well, the kitchenware is complete from the cookware to the utensils. There's also toilettries and towels provided, as well as drinking water and clean refrigerator with big freezer. There's a convenient store, small sari-sari store and bakery in the area - but they are close every Sunday. Parking is also provided, but it's kind of hard to maneuver - which was reminded ahead of time. It is also better if they had at least a toilet upstairs so there's no need to go down in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The owner is considerate as well because she waived the extra payment for the child. Overall, we are satisfied on our 3D2N stay. The rate is really worth it. The house is very spacious, it is recommendable to big set of friends or family. We will surely come back again soon.

Quiet place- except dogs barking but that’s understandable- for a rural place Aside from the brief black out - lighting was sufficient- Air conditioning needs improvement The toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms was moving- and there was no toilet paper holder- Despite the above comments- I think the pace is very spacious and conducive for big families

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

Our family had such a restful stay at this cozy place in Baguio City. We felt so welcome and right at home. The space was pretty spacious! So beautifully decorated with charming touches that made it feel super warm and welcoming. The location was perfect. Close enough to most of attractions but still tucked away in a peaceful spot. Enjoying the cool Baguio breeze and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony was the highlight of our stay. Ms Raqz was an amazing host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Always made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Baguio. Definitely a home away from home.

Sir Greg and his son is very responsive, they provide clear instructions and their place is nice and relaxing, with great windows view specially at night. We'll definitely booked again with Sir Greg on our next trip to Baguio.

We had a great stay. it is less than 1km away from botanical garden. need to commute if pupunta ng burnham, and other TS around that area. the place is clean and the neighborhood is tranquil.

This condo was absolutely perfect and deserves every one of its five stars. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I especially loved the balcony view and the quiet, secure atmosphere of the building. I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chadi’s place. It was simply wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Her staff were super friendly and helpful. The condo staff were great as well. We enjoyed all the amenities. From watching K-dramas to sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the enclosed balcony, we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, a wonderful city park, and night market. We’re already planning our next visit.
