It is located to the rear of Villas 1 & 2 and within its vicinity, is the large communal pool. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for calmness and relaxation. The open living and dining areas lead onto a patio with a view of the pool and the natural surroundings— ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The master bedroom is on the upper level and features a private balcony. Also on the upper level are two additional spacious bedrooms with ample storage. While the fourth bedroom is located on the lower-level and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. The bright, open living and dining areas lead naturally to a private patio, creating the perfect spot for relaxed alfresco dinners or evening drinks under the stars. There's also a small local supermarket, just 10 minutes walk away. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for walks. The water’s warm, the surf impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.

Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; # 2 studio is on the ground floor exposed to the breeze coming from the east and can sleep 2 people; the bedding can be either a king size bed or 2 single ones, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the unit has a/c, kitchenette, bathroom and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
