She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

One hour south of Adelaide, enroute to Kangaroo Island and close to McLaren Vale and lots of fantastic wineries. Situated in a secluded rural setting on a 80 acre horse stud. Dee's Villa is a short 10 minutes drive to Normanville or Yankalilla. We are close to Myponga Beach, Lady Bay and Carrickalinga as well as the popular Normanville beach. Dogs and Ponies welcome.

Also, there is a short drive of approximately 4 kms to Normanville and Carrickallinga Beach, or maybe you prefer to ride or float your own horse down to the beach instead, the choice is yours!
