The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn at Locustwood Farm

Come enjoy your stay in our 1900 sq ft 19thcentury restored stone barn. We’re 15 minutes from Sight and Sound and the shops at Strasburg. With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Apt. 1 at Witmer Estate, Near Amish Attractions

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

This Amish owned family friendly home is centrally located in the village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. The home is a 3 minute walk or a 1 minute drive from the shops of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, Strasburg Railroad (16 min), Sight & Sound Theater (17 min), Dutch Wonderland (17 min). The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
