Sweet completely newly renovated 2 room apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg. This apartment was closed for almost 6 months due to a complete renovation, (that's why we lost our super host status) It is located right by Stuttgarter Platz. On a beautiful old tree lined Berlin street. Right next to a lot of great restaurants and charming little shops and only a 15 min walk to Kurfürstendamm. 10 min to S-Bahn Charlottenburg and U-Bahn Wilmersdorfer str.

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.

Enjoy a great experience at my centrally-located, well equipped place. Viktoria Luise Platz is a 5 min Walk and the metro station Spichernstrasse is 2 min walking distance. My street is a dead-end so it’s very quiet.
