Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in Ionian Sea

Es war wunderschön und alles wie beschrieben bzw auf den Fotos. Trotz Straße vor dem Grundstück ist es ein ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Auf der Straße fahren hauptsächlich am Nachmittag ein paar Autos, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Bei uns waren die restlichen Ferienhäuser in der Nähe leer, so dass wir sehr ruhig gelebt haben. Der Garten ist phantastisch mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Hinter dem Haus kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, entweder an der Küste entlang oder über die Wiesen und Höfe, wo viel Gemüse angebaut wird. Bei uns hat alles bunt geblüht und das Gemüse wuchs. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

We stayed in the Tezoro villa with my husband and family. The house was spacious for 6 of us. We loved the traditional village and the beautiful surroundings of the villa and pool itself. The house was so lovely and restored to an amazing standard. Ntoreta was so friendly and helpful she is a great host for anything you need! Would highly recommend staying here if you enjoy Greece away from the more tourist locations.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa villa da sogno direttamente sulla spiaggia. Uno splendido giardino, molto curato, terrazze con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il rumore del mare ti accompagna a ogni ora del giorno… La casa è ancora più bella che in foto, dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno, per cucinare, grigliare, per rilassarsi all’aperto o in acqua. Non manca nulla. Antonia è un host eccezionale, ti fa sentire subito a casa e ti accoglie soddisfando ogni necessità, è generosa e cordiale. Un apprezzamento particolare per la pulizia e le dotazioni della casa, così come per la pace e la tranquillità. Anche i bambini sono stati felicissimi, così come il nostro cane Nando :-) Grazie, sogniamo di tornare

Das Meeresrauschen ist von der Terrasse aus zu hören, einige tolle Bars/Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge in die Stadt o. Ä. ist ebenso gut erreichbar. Die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Giorgos ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt :))

Όλα ήταν τέλεια Ο κύριος Γιάννης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος μας βοήθησε να φτάσουμε στον χώρο χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.Ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και ήσυχος και το μέρος ιδανικό για επίσκεψη Θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα.

This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in all of Albania. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is clean, bright, cozy, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. It’s incredibly well-equipped, making it ideal for long stays as everything you need is right there. Fabjola arranged weekly cleanings, which were a wonderful touch! The location is slightly uphill, but the peaceful neighborhood and lovely sunset views more than make up for it. I especially appreciated that all the furniture, linens, and kitchenware were in excellent condition, almost brand new. I highly recommend this flat—definitely worth the price!

Very nice place, cozy with all the utilities you need and very clean. Kevin gave us a lot of information where to go around the island so even if you haven't done any research he has leaflets with everything you need. Kevin and his family where very welcoming and helpful I definitely recommend to people. The Google maps doesn't pin point exactly where the building is so you need to search it through the walk mode. Doesn't take too long since the colour of the building is blue.

Me and my husband and sister stayed at Athina’s place just before the busy season during our trip to Greece (Athens and Corfu). The host was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us regarding the apartment, check in, and things to do. She helped us find a boat rental, recommended a local delicious bakery, and was flexible with us when we had some travel troubles at the end of our trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the water. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. There are multiple beach areas also within walking distance. There is a parking space for a small car if you have one. Athina is a great host and we really enjoyed her place. Definitely recommend staying during your visit to Corfu!

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

We had an amazing week-long stay at "Wind And Water" in Diso! Lucia, our wonderful host, welcomed us warmly, and communication was seamless throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The decor had authentic local touches, and the large terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffees and evening aperitivos. The property also has a pool, ideal for summer stays. Diso, though small, had everything we needed—supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, pizzerias, and great restaurants. The beautiful cathedral and ancient menhir nearby added to its charm. Castro, a seaside town just 4km away, offers stunning views and the famous Zinzulusa Cave. The Salento region is filled with rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible food and wine. Every meal was a delight, and parking at the property made day trips easy. We can’t wait to return!

This place was perfect - I loved it - I didn't want to leave! It is spacious, well designed, comfortable, super clean - one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed in. The roof terrace was just wonderful. Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Roberta è stato impeccabile, ogni aspetto della struttura è pensato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e lo staff sono sicuramente uno dei punti forti. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il patio esterno è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Very central, but peaceful apartment. We had a great stay. Near town centre with shops, restaurants, bars etc. Everything is walkable, even the airport. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and cozy apartment. It’s located in a modern complex and has a fresh renovation. There’s plenty of space to unpack and organize your things. The balcony is lovely, with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, and the street where the building is located is quiet and peaceful. My husband and I work remotely, so having a stable Wi-Fi connection was important for us, and we had absolutely no issues with that. We also always found free parking near the building, although I think it might be more difficult during the high season. The location is amazing — the promenade, beach, and restaurants are all very close by. We walked almost everywhere. The host was extremely helpful and polite. We reached out to her a couple of times with small requests, and she always responded quickly and took care of everything.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Mit Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die wunderschöne dachterasse lud zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt und die Restaurants und Cafés sind mit wenigen Schritten erreicht. Mikaela hat uns super Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Auch die Hinweise zum parken waren sehr gut und hilfreich. Nardò eignete sich gut als Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Apuliens zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
