The recently updated one bedroom cottage features a beautiful living area with comfortable sofa sleeper, private queen bedroom, and open layout kitchen and dining. The stone paved patio opens up to the vast green lawn that walks to clean and serene Lake Nowland. A sandy beach is steps away, great for swimming and fun for all ages. Here you're just a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Enjoy summer days or wintry splendor. We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

One Mile From the Bay Beautiful Getaway!

This is a little gorgeous getaway! We are located one mile South of the bay across the street from West Park (which is perfectly in between Charlevoix and Petoskey). We are also right across the street from the infamous Little Traverse Wheelway trail which is walking/bike path that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and has beautiful scenic views throughout. We are only a few miles down the road from Bay Harbor and 12 miles away from Petoskey State Park where there is a huge beach!

Adorable Carriage House sleeps two adults

Adorable Carriage House just steps to Lake Michigan complete with gas fireplace for those cool Michigan nights. Just 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix and very close to the wheelway that hugs lake Michigan. Studio apt. has very comfy bed with full shower bathroom and fully equipped studio kitchen. Quiet neighborhood setting with gas firepit for making smores or just talking about your daily adventures during your stay. Appropriate for 2 adults and must be able to navigate stairs.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

This completely remodeled home is across the street from Lake Charlevoix and The Landing Restaurant. Walk to the Washington Street Beach where you can take advantage of our pair of stand up paddle boards. A boat ramp is just a quarter mile. 3 miles from Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. Home features a brand new kitchen and washer/dryer. One queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twins. Also has a separate room with a queen-sized futon to comfortably sleep 6.
