Apartamento en pleno centro. Recientemente reformado, muy luminoso, con balcón en salón y dormitorio. Perfecto para una tranquila y segura estancia en Sevilla. A 3 minutos de las Setas (Metrosol), Palacio de Dueñas, Plaza del Duque, del Salvador y la Alameda. Muy cerca de toda la zona monumental. Amueblado con estilo moderno en el que os sentiréis como en casa. Cuenta con un dormitorio para dos personas (cama king size) y un sofá cama doble muy cómodo para otras dos personas en el salón.

Centro Histórico - Duplex con encanto y tranquilo

El apartamento dúplex está en pleno centro histórico en el barrio de La Judería dentro del Barrio de Santa Cruz y a 600 metros de la Catedral y El Real Alcázar. El edificio fue una fabrica de guantes y sombreros construido por Aníbal González, el arquitecto de la Plaza de España. Está rodeado de patios con plantas y es muy tranquilo, luminoso, bien equipado y muy cómodo, con techos muy altos y grandes ventanas para hacer que tu estancia sea muy agradable.
