The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The house is older, but the apartment is modern and spacious. The location is quite good for visiting Ortigia and visiting the excavations. The only problem was the smell from the sewage in the bathrooms, especially in the smaller one. Dario answered our every question very quickly and gave us a lot of information.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Apartment und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Superschönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und viel Platz. Sehr sauber. Altstadt und Restaurants in 10 bis 20 min locker zu Fuss erreichbar. Griechisches Amphitheater direkt um die Ecke. Es war einfach, einen Autostellplatz zu finden und später Checkin auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen, in een paar stappen sta je op een privé strandje! De ruimte was schoon en netjes. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en er was een voorraad eten, toast, koffie en water wat prettig was omdat we ‘s nachts aankwamen. Communicatie ging ook goed en snel. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie historische stadjes en plekken te ontdekken. Auto heb je wel nodig hier. Restaurant om de hoek was ook erg goed.

Appartamento molto confortevole in centro a Cassibile. Molto comodo per visitare la zona ma anche per stare tranquilli a casa o in paese. Angela super disponibile e attenta agli ospiti e alle loro richieste. Appartamento accessibile e comodo anche a famiglie con neonato.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It is conveniently situated to explore the beautiful city of Syracuse. The rooftop terrace definitely adds to the experience: it is calm and peaceful to relax. The host was very friendly and helpful, prior to and during the stay. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place to stay …. We had such a lovely time. Close to all restaurants and all within walking distance. Couldn’t fault the accommodation as it had everything you needed and in a fantastic location!

Evaristo e Giovanni sono stati degli host fantastici, che dico...di più!!! Super accoglienti e disponibili, gentili simpatici, spiritosi e mai invadenti. L'appartamento è molto spazioso come del resto la stanza e il bagno privato. Ci hanno accolto con una cena ottima...un fuori programma delizioso. 5 stelle non bastano per la recensione ce ne vorrebbero il doppio. Ci portiamo al Nord il calore della loro generosa ospitalità. Would definitely recommend Marita’s house. First of all, she was a spectacular host! Very kind, responsive and proactive. She had printed instructions for our stay as well as suggestions on where to go, what to see i.e. restaurant recommendations and a brief description of what was close by. Beaches and coffee shops were just a few minutes walk from there. We loved it and would come back again. Thanks!

Sehr originelle kleine Wohnung, umgebautes kleines Haus in einer Häuserzeile; moderne Einrichtung aus dem alten Bestand heraus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig der Zugang zur Dachterrasse könnte für ältere Leut schwierig sein. Gerne wieder …

We had a wonderful stay in Tenuta San Calogero. The house is beautiful, we loved the interior design, old wooden furniture and some local details. The kitchen was small but in our opinion equipped really well, it was comfortable to prepare simple dishes. Garden is also marvelous and the swimming pool clean and refreshing. We were surrounded by orange trees and olive groves, usually the only sounds were those made by horses and birds. However, last night was a disaster- it was a big party nearby and we couldn't sleep until 02:30 am. We also heard our neighbors when they were talking but they were rather calm so we weren't much disturbed by them. Our grade is high though, because except that one night our stay was really good.

It was good holliday, good accommodation, clean, fine location, private parking, Gaetano was wery friendly and accommodating. We can just recommend this apartment. We recommend for Gaetano small improvement - add microwave and electric kettle. Nice holliday, Peter

Très bel appartement bien situé. Extrêmement fonctionnel, bel espace, équipé, agréable, prês de la cathédrale. Communication facile avec Paolo. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Zu Fuß war einiges schnell zu erreichen. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat mir einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Beste Grüße Kevin

Great location and a ton of space. Parking is challenging but if you communicate in advance they're great at helping you drop the luggage off then find a spot.
